Stampington sent me a cryptic email saying that I had an account credit which would automatically be applied to my next purchase from them. It turns out that they have discontinued Somerset Digital Studios, to which I had a subscription 
They meant to send out more of an explanation, but wires must have gotten crossed. Actually it looks like they are doing a lot of consolidation with quite a few hard copy titles discontinued.
If you are in the same boat, you can request a check instead of account credit - just call customer service. The check can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Immediately after my call I got a second cryptic email saying that I had a "minus" credit, which means that customer service has placed the order for a check for me.
