Having surgery is never fun but the perk to being off on sick leave is I have time to visit the kids and Grands, read some books, try new recipies and scrapbook more than usual! Attending a ladies conference this weekend with my Daughter. Then spending some time with my Brother and his wife.
Love my job at the Library and look forward to going back in June but this break has been nice too!

I am so glad that you have been able to relax and enjoy family time post-surgery.
I hope that you are healing easily, too!

I broke my foot in March and have been out of my mind not being able to work. I work outdoors and I have a tough time being stuck inside. My first day back at work was last week and I taught in my boot. Interesting, for sure. I am sure you know this, but expect to be *exhausted* by the end of your first day back.
