I just selected Fortune: A Novel. DNA fascinates me and I’m anxious to get started on this one. Thanks for the reminder @Cherylndesigns.

I love free books, I almost never, ever actually buy one. With the First Reads, I like to try out ones that I wouldn't normally read because-- you know, they are free-- nothing lost if I hate it
See, this is why I still haven't picked a book yet, too many recommendations and decisions.

No, I haven't yet, Chris. I had already started "Don't Forget to Write" by Sara Goodman Confino. It's hilarious; about a Jewish girl in the sixties, who gets in trouble with her father, and he sends her to "exile" to spend the summer with an aunt who turns out to be a riot and the girl has an absolute blast with her.
