A sad and sobering day indeed.

These sorts of attacks seem so utterly pointless and cruel. We had a similar incident here in the UK that was horrific to us but probably didn't make the world news - be warned, does not make for easy reading.

Trudy- I saw bits of this on the news yesterday, such a sad thing to happen. RIP and healing peaceful thoughts to Canada.

Selena- that incident did make news here in the States. (I should add that I don't watch main-stream but independent news outlets, so I can't really comment on MSM). What a brutal and horrific act.

Selena... I too only saw and heard bits and pieces of this news. What a cowardly act!! Why do they think that any God would want this to happen in his/her name??
