so okay in the gallery...my side photo...how do i change that?!?! LOL i can't seem to figure it out!!

Do you mean the avatar? The one that is also on here on the forum??
If it's the avatar, you have to click the UserCP and you can change it there

i did that changed it to the picture of me and my dh...but it didnt change in the gallery? at least to me it still looks like the old one not the piture of me and dh

When I look at a layout from you in the gallery, I see the same picture as you have here on the forum.
Maybe try refreshing in the gallery? Or delete cookies or something?

Usually that's just a cookies problem. Eventually it will change
