Question about shopping

I just put stuff from Ju Kneipp's store in my cart, and the free kit isn't showing in my cart. (yes, I've added more than $10)

Should it show before checkout? Or will the free kit be there after I've ordered? I don't want to place the order before I know.

And I have the perfect photos for the Scrapparazzi kit - I need to start scrapping LOL

do "view cart" and make sure it shows as free before you go to checkout! if it doesn't, then email me. vicki @ oscraps.com
 
Ok, now I understand what I did wrong :)
I didn't add the free kit to my cart, when I did it was free.
Problem is it says on the special offer site "IF you purchase $10 or more in my store, this kit will be automatically in your shopping cart!!!"

As Tanteva I bought yesterday in the store of Ju Kneipp for more than $ 10 and I did not have the kit free, only as one idiot I did not think of adding it with my list and maintaining it is too late because I have to finalize my purchases :-?

Ahhhh Geraldine, you're too sweet ... sure Mama O's busy, but she's never too busy to help out O family members! I hope you don't mind, but I've sent her a quick email to see if there's anything we can do to help you out ok?

Thanks to you all for your help, to Vicki, for her PM, I have just downloaded the kit, everything is OK now, and also one thank you to Sue who drew the attention of Vicki, you are quite tremendous, I loves you.
