PSA: Apologies in advnace on my typing and spelling

I have never been known for my typing skills, but between the cold weather and my hands not working any more and the eyes going and the contacts/glasses situation not so good, I seem to be spending more and more time just trying to unsuccessfully proofread. But to be able to proofread the non-working fingers mistake, I need to be able to see. :nerd:

SO I am throwing in the towel.:yield:

If I post something that is completely unintelligible, please let me know, But I would rather spend my time posting and commenting than trying to figure out all of the words I spelled wrong or words I left spaced out of.

Getting old BITES!!!!!

awww, hugs Chris! I hear ya! it helps living in California where our cold weather, and by cold I mean 40s, is just about over!

But yes, my hands and eyes hurt too!

Do you have an ergo keyboard? It really helps!

Oh, I hear you Chris amd I sympathise. Having mucked up my screen yesterday and had to come here and ask for help (ie: self inflcited deficiency!) I think you're allowed the oddd typo with bad eyes and crumby weather. (We've done some crumby weather and now it's bizarrely 14ºC warmer than last week - go figure).

I love it all! I've never been one to care much about grammar, (unless it's my cousins on facebook & then I want to strangle them), so no worries. We here feel your love anyway!!!!!

HUGS!

I'm totally with you on the getting old bites business!
I forgot my glasses when we went out to a restaurant recently and DH had to read the menu to me!

Oh, yes, getting old bites BUT I sure do prefer it to the alternative! Good luck with the eyes and non-working fingers and don't worry about spelling and typos!!

Jane- oh no!! My mom has done that to. Now she stashes reading glasses just about everywhere, including in her car, and she *still* loses them. I guess that is where I get that from :p

Patsy-- I repeat this one a lot but I love it. Its from my MIL-- Any day that you wake up looking at the right side of the grass is a good day! :D

Can you all tell me if getting older means needing things bigger? Like my cell phone- can't see it, hold it etc. I wish the keys on my keyboard were bigger. I also need a bigger bladder

Oh, yes, bigger is definitely better as we get older!!! I use my Ctl+scroll to enlarge websites when online - love it!

LOL! Took Dad to breakfast this morning. Some friends were there and Michelle mentioned that she was getting a new phone today. I asked if she broke her current one. She smiled and said, "No. Just too small to read anymore."

Getting old is tough!
