Program for Scrapbooking

CS5 here and it is a bummer that a lot of the new .abr files aren't able to work with it. But it does what I need it to do and that it what counts. :)
 
CC 2019. I've had it a year (I used to have PSE15) and I still have so much to learn. (Thank you, Anika, for all your help in learning what I do know. haha)
Vera, I'm not sure if there's much difference. I only had 2018 for a short time, when the update came. Sorry, I'm no help. :)
 
I use GIMP as it have all necessary function for scrapbook including some of the .abr , but not all unfortunately.

I tried Photoshop before few years, but the installation file is too big and I didn't used even half of its function. It's just not for me. Every time when we discuss some challenge when the file is not compliant with other programs than PS, there is someone who try to convince me that PS deserve his price and is pay back deal. But it's not a matter of money! Not at all! I'm just not comfortable with it as interface and commands.
 
I use PSE 10 - i know ancient version and it looks like i may never upgrade unless i find a used later version selling real cheap ( soneone upgrading and wants to sell their old version)

if i had 2 monitors would love to have photoshop cc
