Our Town on the Ellen Show...

Yes...our small little place was on the Ellen show...a very touching story actually...

About a month ago, our local news gave a story about a gay college boy who was being vandalized over and over (his car)..he was struggling to meet bills (he had an aunt and uncle that were retired who came out of retirement to help him go to college)...he could not afford to have the car fixed...he rode around with the gay slurs on his car and damage for months....a local body shop heard about this and was appalled at the actions, and decided to fix his car for free....they went beyond fixing the car and completely overhauled it ($10,000 worth of work)...once our local news aired this story it hit the national and Ellen heard about it....she brought the shop owner and the boy to her show yesterday....IT WAS AWESOME.....she gave them each $25,000 to help them out....THERE IS STILL KINDNESS IN THIS WORLD...it really was a heart warming story!!!

I love Ellen Degeneres! Pity I don't have the channel her show is on anymore. I use to watch clips at YouTube at times. She's soooo funny!

And from now on I love that Richard Henegar Jr. too. Tell him if you see him, he's got a fan in Sweden LOL
