November snapshots

another month, so a new chance to show your snapshots!

In our town there are lots of bookcases where you can exchange your books.
some our outside, like this one,
others in supermarkets or other places.

You can take books that you like, and you can leave books that you do not want anymore.
Take a book, leave a book!

Do you have places like this in your town?
or do you bring your books to the thriftstores?

Yes we also heave a lot of so called "minibiebs" in our town. Unfortunately not a photo (yet)

in our municipality there are also ... but where?

We don't have these, that I know of. I need to investigate further. I take my books to the "Friends of the Library" at our local library, where people can pay 25 cents to own them and the "Friends" donate all proceeds to different children's projects.

Yes we have one like that too !

We don't and I wish we did! I have so many books that I hate to throw out. No one around here takes books as donations anymore. Even the library only collects them twice a year.

I have been painting my LR/DR area and had the sofa moved and covered with drop cloths. my pup figured that she would be just as comfy in them as she would in a blanket. She was actually annoyed at me when I tried to move them off of her:smile:
