Newbie question-what size for gallery upload?

I just tried to upload my first LO for a challenge but it said I exceeded the size. I had resized to 900x900 72 dpi but this wouldn't work. What size should I make it? I couldn't find any info from searching around so thought I'd ask here.

Ok, I figured it out. No need to reply. I'm off to go upload for the challenge now.

Just to make sure...the general standard is 600x600 at 72 dpi for uploading. Thanks for playing in the challenges.

Another trick that i use too is to make sire the size is under 100 kb. Oscraps can handle larger sizes, but many other galleries can't, so I just use the 100 kb as my guildeline.
