Need advice on some sevice issues

On 14 February I bought Christina Renee's hand made embroidered frames.

One of the frames is faulty. It is not transparent which makes it a bit useless.

I wrote to her on facebook straight away and let her know of the problem and to provide a replacement.

I heard nothing back so I mentioned the problem to Oscraps admin. Admin replied a few days later that it would be fixed.

Well... I'm still waiting. I wrote again to Oscraps admin a couple of days ago and have heard nothing back.

What is my next step? Do I lodge a paypal dispute? Do I wait longer? Frankly, it's been 2 and a half weeks since I bought the frames and contacted the designer, I would have expected it to be fixed before now.

I would appreciate some advice on what to do next.

Hi Rita and fellow Aussie!! Sorry about the problems you are having!! I will PM Christina now as well as Vicki/Laura and we will get this fixed up for you pronto!!

Have PM'd Laura and Christina just now - just a note to the other CheeryO's so we don't all start sending PM's!! :)

Rita, your previous messages have gone to Vicki and Christina, so I am not in the loop on this, but I am getting with both of them today and I WILL have a resolution for you. I'm very sorry for your trouble.
 
Rita, I apologize I'm just seeing this message here. I did get your email via christina@christinareneedesigns.com and thru facebook from Vickie. I replied promptly to both via christina@christinareneedesigns email. However, my site has been heavily SPAM'ed so maybe it got lost before it made it back to you. I will PM you here with the corrected file. I also uploaded the new files here to oscraps a week or so ago when i first heard of this.

Again, I apologize for the delay. I will send you the corrected files and would also be happy to refund your money if you want to PM me your paypal addy.
