We are having issues with our mail servers since our recent IP Address changes and server move.
What this means to you -
emails you receive from Oscraps
~ You may not get your order confirmations, download links, etc. Or, if you do, they might be in your spam/bulk folders.
customer service
~ My inboxes are seriously messed up. Mail is coming in spurts and I'm not getting all of it. Mail going out is doing the same. I'm afraid that customer service is suffering because I can't really be sure I'm getting all of the emails and I have no idea if my responses are actually making it where they are supposed to go.
I am working on it, I promise. Fingers crossed this will all be fixed by tonight.
