Happy World Chocolate Day


I hope that everyone reading this loves chocolate. If you don't, this is not the thread for you.
I love chocolate, pretty much all kinds of chocolate. This is my favorite chocolate cake

So is this one:

And that's not counting the chocolate cakes I make on my own. I also love chocolate cookies, chocolate-covered pretzels, choc and peanut butter ice cream (not plain chocolate ice cream though for some reason.)

What is you favorite chocolate?

I love anything with milk chocolate but avoid it with my stomach issues and if I eat too much it gives me a headache. And I already have more of those than I want! If I eat it in very small quantities I can usually do ok. But who can stop with just a bite? Not me! That's why I'm better off just leaving it alone.

How did I miss World Chocolate Day? Well, I'm going to declare today Palm Coast Chocolate Day. Sydney and I are going to the movies and I will make sure that we have some chocolate. (And Sydney loves chocolate maybe even more than me so I'm sure she will go along with this plan.)

Wow, there are a lot of you that can't eat chocolate.
When my DS was a toddler, he reacted badly to it. He got super wired and cranky so I told him he was allergic to it. Bad mama.
I think that once DD was old enough to eat chocolate, I let him have another try and told him that he outgrew it. Bad mama again.

I like chocolate - though can easily sit there looking at it without feeling the need to eat it, lol... but I don't like chocolate anything - chocolate cake/cookies/ice-cream are not my thing at all. However, I love the IDEA of chocolate - it's so romantic and sweet and delicious... does that make sense?
