Daylight Saving Time Ends Tomorrow. The good news is, we get an hour of sleep tonight. The bad news is, tomorrow night we'll be feeling sleepy 2 hours before our bedtime.
How does time change affect you? Do you like switching back and forth or would you rather keep it the same all year? You may not think this is a story worth telling but if daylight savings time went away, it's one of the many things our children and grandchildren wouldn't experience in their own life.
I know that your answers will be impacted if you have children or pets. Will you be greeted extra early by kids who want breakfast at 5 am? Or do you have pets that understand time change about as good as a toddler? My dogs "remind" me it is time to eat by pawing at me incessantly and then running around the living room with a bowl in their mouths. Try chasing after hungry dogs in the dark who don't understand that I can't put food in their bowls while they are still in their mouths!
I don't have as much issue with body-clock schedules since I would have to have one in order for it to get messed up LOL
I do have issues with it being dark at dinnertime. It makes me exhausted as soon as the sun goes down. I would prefer for DST to stay year-round. Even if the days are shorter either way, I would rather have any extra daylight at the end of the day.
