How to get emojis in a word cloud

I figured out how to get emojis into a word cloud at wordclouds.com - details in the gallery. I used the sample word cloud, which was a png with a transparent BG, in a LO for another site.

I used this technique in an NBK Design Challege LO - also posted instructions (for Macs, but there's got to be a similar method that works in Windows) for getting emojis into journaling if you're using something prior to PS CC 2017 (which is the firs PS version to support emoji fonts).
