How do you fit exercise into your dayily routine?

Unfortunately, I am very immobile of my own choosing! My first husband and I used to speed walk 4 miles in an hour back in 2002. I would love to go back in time and continue that! But, alas, life changed and we lost the motivation. Now I live right on a busy highway and would not dare to walk on it, even though some brave souls do. And even though I have a place I could go about 5 minutes from the house. I have no motivation. One of the things that helped us in 2002 was that we walked out our door and the exercise began! We lived about a mile from the track and had a nice sidewalk! The walk there and back was the warm up and the cool down.
The only exercise I get now is the housework!
And that is only when the house fairies don't get to it first. Oh. Yeah, those buggers always wait until you are done to come out LOL

I did it, my first day of Yoga!! To make my back pats even more impressive to me-- I had to wait until mid-afternoon which is when I usually start to wind down. (OK, OK, it's when I am almost finished winding down if I ever got started in the first place :p )
I tried to look for a video on Amazon but didn't have much luck. Instead of giving up, I broke out the Wii Fit. I have a 15-minute routine programmed, just easy, basic poses, but I did them. It is already written on my To-Do list today and I hope I can find a couple of videos on the computer to add to my list *before* I have to fight with the Firestick remote
