What are your holiday plans this summer? We are going to finish our covered terrace.
And let us hope that the weather will be nice so we can cycle a lot.
Here in Belgium it is not recommended to travel to countries with code orange or yellow. So where corona is still very much present.
It will be our stay at home vacation.

My ILs had planned on taking our families on a cruise and we should have been leaving on Sunday but that was canceled back in March.
No plans to do anything or go anywhere. It just isn't safe anywhere in the USA.

Last December we booked for late September ... we would love to go back to Kos (one of the Greek islands). We do not yet know if we will go ... everything depends on the situation and the travel advice. In July and August we will be a tourist in our own country in places where it is not too busy ... day trips ....

Staycation for us here also! We have lots of little things to keep us busy around the house and the yards! Hope to do some hiking or visit one of the little islands around us to see what they have for hiking trails. Other than that if the weather is hot we will go spend some time with the in-laws on their beach at the Lake. Here in B.C. we are hoping that the borders do not open until after the summer. Covid19 is not bad here and we would like to keep it that way!

We HAD plans to go, as a family, to Oklahoma to celebrate The 4th of July. When we booked our flights, we thought we were going to be okay by July, but no. More money lost to the airlines. :(

Not sure yet. Depends on the weather. If it's good we will go campings somewhere in the Netherlands for a few days, otherwise we will stay at home.
We wont go abroad this year, that's for sure!

I am afraid it is our gate we wont be going anywhere it is only August that we can stop shielding as we both have respiratory problems we do like to walk so hopefully we will walk more and maybe go for a short drive somewhere it wont be a long one as no toilets are open anywhere.

I'm basically staying home. I'm hoping, the end of September, to be able to go to my grandson's 1st birthday. Who knows if that will happen? I do my daily, early morning, walks and listen to my books. (I only get to listen to my books, while walking. It's how I trick myself into doing my walks. haha I sound like a 2 year old's mother. :) ) I'm supposed to be in Italy, right now, but that didn't happen, so I abide my time trying to be good. A challenge for sure. I do like to take me & my little Mini Cooper for fun drives through the mountains and curves. Solo isn't nearly as fun as sharing the excitement of the curves with someone else though. :(
