I'm back!!!!!
Yes it's me Buddy the elf, did you miss me???!!!

I am so happy to be here, it is sooooooo much warmer down here!! nothing like the North Pole!

Here's Santa sending a hello to everyone!

As he does every year, Santa has sent me to give out some little gifts during the Oscraps Christmas party, so be on the look out for me!!

For those that celebrate Christmas, have you put your decorations up yet??

And for those that don't celebrate Christmas, what are your plans for Decemember?? Going on holidays maybe??

And of course, at my age I've been doing some naughties as often as I can think them up! Just had cake for breakfast!

Hi Buddy, this is my first Christmas at the O, and I am very excited to meet you. You must not be in Minnesota because it was 6 degrees when I got up at 4 this morning. I just went up for a second cup of coffee and now it's 5!! I start decorating on November 11 which is Veteran's Day in the States. We bring in the flag from the garden for winter and I always miss my dad then, so I decorate and think about him. All the lights make me happy. I have an avatar to work on, so I better get busy.

yes the children help with the decorating, although now that they are older they do much of it for me.
We usually have the Decs up for 2 weeks or so.

Our traditions kick off watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. And we have an advent calendar to count down to Christmas. We don't put our decorations up until at least Dec 1st but generally the first weekend of December we have it all decorated. We spend lots of time baking cookies, making paper snowflakes by the fireplace and this year we're building the Home Alone Lego House!!! I can't wait. Can't wait to see you popping around
