Healing emotions.....

Wanted to share.... Some of you have known me for a long time now, and have heard me fuss over the relationships with my husband's children at times...especially his oldest daughter.

They have been almost completely estranged for quite some time now....but recently, she has been slowly coming around a bit....Mike would call and text, previously, but she was not very responding to him...so he just quit, and was only calling or texting the children. But the last three months, she has been calling and texting to him some...and she came to town yesterday (she lives several hours away), and she stopped to see us for a few hours.....this was the first time in almost two years she came to visit us when she has come to Virginia (all of her family lives here from her Mom's side as well, and her sisters, Mike's other daughters). It really was a happy day for us....I feel awesome that things may finally be healing between them (us) and we can have a relationship with her again.....we used to be really close with her and spent our vacations together and visited each other a lot!!


Happy moments should be shared, I believe, and this was a happy moment for us...♥
 
That is so fantastic, I hope things will go better and better and many more happy moments together may follow!
