Have any of you tried painting with Bob Ross videos?

My daughter and I tried to paint while watching one of his videos. Mine looked like my toddler grandson painted it! My husband was trying to compliment me and said it looked like Kara's when she first started painting. She was nine! . He really was trying to be encouraging! Here is my daughter's painting:

yes, I use Photoshop, there are so many brushes that you can set up and I paint with the brushes like on a real canvas..

Using digital brushes to paint is a real skill. I know what I want in my head but it looses a lot in translation from head to hand. lol
I used to watch Bob Ross as kid. I love his "happy little accidents" mine were not so "happy" lol

PI know how you feel! My mountain looked like a chocolate lava cake with frosting instead of a mountain with snow!
