Hello

I want to tell you a little bit about our week end trip to Hamburg. We decided last minute to spent a week end with a visit at the musical Kings of lion at hamburg, which is about 600 km far away from us. my daughter who worked at the travel agency booked this trip and it was great !
It was a musical package included, train ride, Hotel with 4 stars and a 3 course menu, entrance to the musical, public transport which included also a discount to several attractions.

you can see the view from our room, the 4 stars menu:hungry:, the photos with the trains are all miniatur, some looked really real . It was great to look at them. We visited the dungeon, which wasn´t as scary as I thought. But when my son layed his hand on my knee in a totaly dark room I screamed like crazy.:becky:
We made a boat tour and watched all those big container ships. I was really impressed how big they are.
Hamburg is a great town, I felt in love in the second minute. The first minute I was annoyed because I couldn´t found the bus station to the hotel:becky:

I have never been to Hamburg but looks like it is worth a visit! And we even live closer to it that you (425 km) but different country!

She started in september her education as businesswomen in tourism.
She finished school in July and here in Germany if you don´t want to study you start an education for 3 year (some jobs are 2 years or 4 years)

I've also never been to Hamburg ... even did not know where Hamburg is located in Germany ... shame on me ... to us it is about 600 km ..

A weekend getaway always does you good ...

A week end can be more effective than 2 week holidays. We had the same experience with paris last year. Your day is full of excursions that you feel you was away one week . But after such a week end I´m doneeace:
