They changed the filter at school. I can't get to Gmail, YouTube, or Facebook, but I can get to Oscraps!! LOL!!!!!!!
 
Tee-hee ... your place sound like my place Sara!!! Now if only I could get my boss's desk re-located ... her office is right behind my desk & she can see my monitors from where she sits, so no sneaking into the "O" for me ... D'oh!!!!!!
 
HAAHAHA!!! oh you naughty girls!!!! ................shhhh, don't tell the boss but I am here and I am supposed to be working!!!! :biggrin:
 
So here's my true conundrum at the moment...they have been very good about letting me use the Macbook Pro that the university I teach for has provided for me at my regular school. So I use that all the time. Hardly ever use my school issued laptop. Especially because it's slow and not nearly as nice! I mainly use it to test what things look like for my staff.

The new filter does have an override option for staff, very cool. But since you have to "log in" and it pulls the info from the workgroup manager and my university one isn't bound to the school server like the rest of the staff, no override privileges for me right now. I need to figure out a way around this issue! LOL

I can always check some things on my phone when I need to (or tether I suppose too), but the techie in me wants to find a way around it. :-)
 
OMG Sara - THAT is exactly the kind of stuff that keeps me up until 5am trying to figure out because I just know there is a way around it! I'll be thinking for you .....
 
I have to use my tablet and 3G network to stop in the O at lunch, but I only get 1 bar of service in my office (wonder if that is because my office is in an old X-Ray room with lead lined walls?) so that is very slow
