It is Thanksgiving here in the US. It's way too early in the morning and everyone in my house is still asleep (lucky people!). But that gives me a chance to reflect and get a little mushy.

I have been part of Oscraps for almost 20 years and part of the Daily Ooos for at least 10 years. I really have no idea and I am honestly too scared to check. It feels impossible it has been that many years, considering I am still 29. ;)

I have been a little cranky, burned out, and overwhelmed the last few months, but coming here every morning is the best way to start my day. I am eternally grateful for @VickiStegall starting this amazing place and for all of the wonderful and amazing members, Cheery Os, and designers that made it my hOme.

So yeah, this is me being mushy. Time to grab another cup of coffee and get back to cranky, sarcastic, loveable self!

AMEN, Chris! I've only been here for maybe 5 years and thanks to you and all the other "lifers" .... this IS home! Does that mean I'm just a teenager? ;)

I looked back at my photo gallery.. and I have been here since 2015 and became a CT in Nov 2018... I love chatting every morning to get my day started off right... a cup of coffee with the O's is best way.

YES! So thankful! I have only been here 18 months but have been so blessed. Like Kay, the best way to start the day is coffee and the O. Always a bright spot in the busy of life. Thank you @VickiStegall for the warm, wonderful, home away from home. So happy to have found this site and wonderful friends.
 
Happy Thanksgiving to all of my O family! I haven't been present here much, but life is busy and I am thankful for that! One day I will be back here in full swing, but for now things are hectic and my DH and I are happily enjoying retirement. Enjoy your day everyone and know that I think of you every day!! :grouphugyay:

@faerywings You were up before me and I thought I was an early bird today...5:30. Had to take Darrell into the city for a pulmonary procedure. We are home now and he is napping in his chair. Remi is trying every trick she can think of to herd me out the door for her daily walk. So...soon I guess b/c she is not being very patient about it. She knows the snow is out there and it is calling to her LOL.
 
My first layout is from 2007. A lot has changed since then. Twice I walked away from here when I couldn’t keep up with this and the real world. And twice I have had the opportunity to come back hOme. I am beyond grateful for the friends I have made here.

So many things are different than they were in 2007. But @VickiStegall keeps this place going strong. Thankful for each and every one of you. ♥️
