I would love to see some of your best instapot recipes please !! I use mine mostly for making Bone Broth but I have some great supper recipes too, so here is one of my most used recipes...

I don't have one and am thinking about getting one. I'm very interested in seeing recipes. Thanks for starting this, Trudy.

@faerywings - Yes the brocolli cheddar soup recipe looks the same except for the cornstarch, I use xanthan gum instead no corn products for me.

A lot of vegan recipes use tapioca starch and potato starch. I am guessing those would also be on your No list?

Yes they are a no for me! I do use arrowroot starch and psyllium husk powder in a lot of recipes.

I made the broccoli soup last night and it was delicious. Crazy how fast the broccoli cooked too.
I scared the you-know-what out of myself.
My DS got my IP from a thrift store so it didn't come with the manual. I found it online and read what I thought was enough to get me started. One of the recipe blogs talked about how to use the quick-release valve and said that if you were nervous, use a pot holder or wooden spoon to turn it. I didn't think much of it. I got to the point in the recipe to turn the release valve and
I must have shrieked and jumped back in a split second!:floorlaugh:

Two more dinners cooked in the IP, both successes.
I made the Butternut Squash Risotto and French Onion Soup. I think I am getting the hang of this thing.

I ordered a small accessory bundle from Amazon with steamer pots and egg racks. I can't wait to try potatoes in it.
Has anyone made a whole chicken in theirs?

Glad to hear that you are loving your IP!! I have not made a whole chicken in mine yet but have done a lot of chicken breast recipes. My toaster oven does amazing rotteserie chicken so we kind of stick to that for a whole chicken. If you try a whole chicken, you will have to let us know how it turns out!

I am going to do the Broccoli/Cheddar Soup this week. The cold (for us) has me making soups. We had baked potato soup and chili so far this week.
