that is on my wishlist!
I have not investigated what the good ones are, but I need one!
SO many choices these days, and it will depend on your budget. prizes go from 800 euro (now on sale here by AlbertHeijn) to over 4.000!!
one thing to check is the radius of the battery, esp if you want to take longer trips.
When I go out with my mom (83!) and she is on her elec. bike, I can not keep up with her!!

where I live, people don't really ride bikes for every day things. It's primarily exercise and just totally not for me lol I might not mind an electric one though....

I'd love to have one too. Can I use that instead of walking, to get exercise? It sure would help going up and down these dang hills I live in. I'd just love to see the expression on an elderly man who I always cross paths with. He's 89 and out walks me shamefully. I'd feel like I could challenge him then. 
The price is calculated according to the availability of the battery.

I also have trouble keeping up with my husband on a normal bicycle, but here in Belgium and the Netherlands a lot of cycling is done with nice weather!
