anyone use these - thinking of getting an extra large one on line as so much cheaper than in store but big disadvantage is u cant see the size as they always come in a range

i know elk is better than deer. any recommendations online

was looking at amazon as they have quite a few choices

antler are like marrow bones but better for dogs - longer lasting , not messy but more expensive

first time i bought them years ago they were not available in stores unlike today and then they did not have split ones. cooper never liked it but our fosters over the years loved them

hers a couple of amazon links - there are so many that sell there

I haven't given my dogs antlers, although they love bones. Bones make me queasy when I have to buy/handle them (It's the whole "comes from an animal" that I dislike) but I would bet that antlers are naturally harvested? That might be something to look into.
W is an aggressive chewer and wears down the ends of a bone in no time.
If you find a good brand or buy, please let me know!

Thank you for the info, Stacey. I'll have to keep this info for when I scratch my 'puppy itch'! :) It gets stronger all the time. I just need to decide when to jump in and bring home a new baby. :)

I don't think I've ever seen those in our pet stores but then again, I wasn't looking. My dog loves lamb lung which grosses me out but it is his number one chew treat.
