Oscraps

Did you clean up your O gallery sometimes?

I considering this from a while, because here are many pages which I'm made just following someone else's challenges instructions,
and also how often the other people browsed 20 pages of layouts?!
But from other side I'm put time and energy in my pages, and now will need additional time to remove.
So what is your opinion do you make Spring cleaning on your O gallery? :washing:

I know that I had mentioned this in one of the Daily Ooo threads, but I don't clean out my gallery here, although I do delete old challenge jpgs from my hard drive.
I zip my psds by year and then delete the jpgs. I figure that if I need a jpg of any of the Los, I can either grab it from my gallery or unzip the files and then convert the one that I need to a jpg.

I am interested in how the rest of you do this.

I keep my online gallery, no reason to delete. Also if the layouts are ct layouts, I don't think I can delete them.

every now and then I look through all my pages, and see the things I have done. I still enjoy looking at most of them and looking online is often easier than looking on different ehd/laptops.

I save my psd and jpeg together, and have not deleted any of them, but have lost some due to ehd failure or wrong renaming.

I can't delete it. And my gallery show how my way of scrapping have evolved, and how my chilgren have grown up so quickly !

I have never deleted any in my gallery, it's great to see all my creations together in the gallery right from the start.
Also to see the difference between the early years and now.
And when I've lost my scrapping mojo I sometimes have a look at my gallery in the hope it comes back.:D
I don't see the point of deleting any, as long as Vicki has enough space in the gallery.

I don't delete photos from my online gallery. But I will delete pages from my hard drive that I did for challenges but feel like they aren't "me".

Because they aren't really 'mine', I'm make them following challenge instructions and they not show anything about me except which kit I own. I feel them as a pose.
But thank you for all shared opinions and some good ideas for saved files!

Clean? I have hard enough time cleaning my home everyday. Haha. I leave my gallery as is and just, as others have said, clean up my end. I try to monthly clean out the saved jpgs and just keep psd. If I ever need a jpg version just do it in PS. :)

I keep a copy of the jpeg LO in with the kit to remind me of what I did. The ones I really like are added to my desktop slide show. I don't see the point in keeping the PSE version as they take up too much space and I would likely not need to change anything anyway. If there is a spelling error.. well that's just 'authentic' me. I do have ways around fixing the jpeg anyway.
I do delete pages I am not fussy about but mostly they stay. If a person wants to apply for a CT job somewhere one needs a recent gallery. I have cleaned up other site galleries though.

I recently discovered my gallery at another shop site and was thrilled and really amazed (can I say this?) about my old pages. At this time, I think 2013, I was well known for my extrem big shadhows:bounce:

I just looked at your gallery, a totally different style back then!
It is fun to see how people change their style and find new ones!

Astrid- how fun to see old pages!

I am fascinated by everyone's different approach to this. Great question, felis!
