delay?

does anyone else have a delay when adding text to their LO's in their photoediting program? its really becoming quite a bother with this journaling stuff......:tape:

paint shop pro 8...whenever i get to say like journal on a LO (another reason i do not journal often on my lO's LOL) it just has the huge delay...never had thsi problem before i got vista boo

Do you have plenty of free space on your harddrive? It could be PSP doesn't have enough free space for a scratch disk, or you have some fonts that are corrupted. Or too many fonts lol, but we all have too many!

I have PSE and it sometimes take my program a minute to get ready for journaling.

okay i think i know what it is now!! for some reason with Vista....i have some sort of driver failure with the program....but the program is not 100% compatible so there is no way to fix it at all..........so i guess i just gotta deal with the delay and the other issues i have with it maybe its time to search for another program?? but i am reaaaaaaaaaaaaally hesitant on learning something new LOL

Kristy unless you have a very very very old version of PSP, there probably is some kind of compatibility update... just have the program check for updates.

I got PSP 8 and i've looked for updates....its one of the older versions when it was still Jasc
