I used the soft, neutral colors, the overlapping photos with narrow white borders, and the three different papers for the background. I also vaguely used the theme of birds in winter,
I will scraplift @char8182 I hope my internet stays connected long enough to do this. I picked this page, I love lighthouses, now I need to find a cool lighthouse photo:
After watching aAConnect xmas party today, I did my version of a layout from "Ksacry Kalaloch"...
I really enjoyed making this layout, it was so cool to go back & look at those pics, I need to do a photo book of my adventures from that weekend, we had a blast, it started by trying to get a lighthouse photo & when I found the lighthouse photo I started looking at other pics, The smaller pics are of one of my twins in a field of wild Lilies, & the other one is her holding a very cool maroon colored startfish. We had a great weekend here.
I will scraplift Myka, who I know quite well from another site...
Well it took me a while to get this one done ... wanted it to be very special... made MANY variations.... here is my final choice... I need to get other things done... I bit of explanation... My husband moved to Alaska in late 1974 at the beginning of the building of the Trans alaska Pipeline... He wasn't able to make it home for Christmas but came in January... I visited him in Alaska at Easter time and when School was out in June, we loaded the kids and pets into a big motorhome and headed off for the adventure of a lifetime! We lived in Valdez for 6 years and then moved to Wasilla for another 6!!!!
