GOOOOOOD Morning!!!!!! I've got a pot of coffee on and the kiddie pool filling :). So grab a cup and jump on in.

Ugg...kiddies in my lap so this will be disjointed ;). I just wanted to pop in and say hi. We've been so busy the last few weeks, but I can't even remember what we've done to keep us busy. Today is going to be so blazing HOT that we are staying home and playing in the pool!!! I've got lemonaid made and we are going to have a great day.

My garden is flurishing right now. I've made 3 batches of strawberry freezer jam and still have more to freeze. Gunar wants to try canning our green beans this year too. I've always just frozen them b/c I don't like canned green beans! We are just trying to be creative with our finances to cut down spending so canning our garden is part of that.

I had my 6 week check up yesterday with my CNM and she said we look great. I got the OK to start riding my bike again and can't wait to get it out. She also gave me something for our trush...so hopefully we'll be cleared up soon. My pedi put Chase on something last week for it but not me and I want to clear up this silly thing cuse it HURTS.

Well I hope you all have a great day and stay cool :)

Good morning! Yay for coffee and kiddie pools!

I am so jealous of your weather- here it is, our first day planned to hit the beach and it is cloudy and cold (68* with a high of 74*, chance of showers in the afternoon.... :( )

Cait and I and our freinds went to see UP yesterday. We get the free tix on Tues from Optimum, which is so nice. Very cute movie- but I thought it was "deep" for a kids' movie.

I am so relieved that school is over- yesterday we had more drama with Scott and Lyme symptoms and I just need a break from it all. we go to their dr tomorrow so I am really hoping that we can come up with a solution before school starts back up again.

Hi Sandra!!! Oh, I can't imagine how tired you must be at the end of the day. I hope you get all adjusted soon. How are the kids doing?

Linda- Great LO!! yes, it is very different, but it is perfect for the theme. Very creative!! What a great pic of C-Man! LOL
((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))) I hope that you can get all of your female stuff straightened out. I feel your pain.... the combo of Lyme, PMS and most likely peri-menopause can do me in real bad too. Hang inthere!
Thanks so much for looking at my site and reading about Lyme and all of your support. I ended up making F-W's Lyme stuff for Caitlyn's teachers and wrote that i would be donating in their name and 2 of them already wrote back sayin ghow much they were happy about that.
I am so sorry to hear that your F-Day was messed up too. :(

Sally- I looove your new avi! You look great!!! I have to checkout Lili's stuff, I haven't had a chance to yet but I need too!

(((((((hugs back atcha Kat))))))))))))))
How is Nick feeling today?

ME- Hey girl!! Missing you. Hope that Christian gets better soon too.

Sara- Glad that you are less stressed! I had a glass of wine (ok, 2!) last night with y'all!

Clara-- Bungee jumping????????????
Huge props to you for raising so much money and participating in Relay. I wish I could donate... but at this point.... I have nothing left to give ...
And it was your b-day yesterday? How the heck did I miss that?????
Happy Birthday sweetie!!!!!!!! Hope it was a great one!

Hi Dawn, I was starting to get worried about you- good to see you were just hanging out in Scrap-Land!

Ok m'deari-O's.
I slept in til 7 am, and now I am waaaaay behind schedule. Gotta run.

xoxoxoxoxoxo

HelloooO my loveliest friends in O-land! How is everyone this lovely day?
Davy is rotten/sweet as ever. He's got his first 'cold' since April, had to get him some bunny meds. It hasn't slowed him down any though, LOL.

Last Thursday the LPN I work closest with called in sick....for pinkeye and she was out FRI, too!!!! But they don't understand my migraines??? Go figure LOL. The doctor we work with was most perturbed that she called in haha...she's been doing some things wrong, too...I'll share later don't want to start off the day on a long vent ;).

Clara-I hope your head is better today. eeeeek!!!! and you had a B-Day!!!! Well, happy belated Birthday!!!! Woohoo!!!

Sandra-How's work going? Are you all adapting ok? I'm sure the first week was rough for everyone, but hopefully time getting used to the new routine and everything will help.

Sally-how's the busy Summer going for the fam?

Tali-Are you out there? How's it going, sweetie?

ME-hope today is wonderful for ya :).

Kat-mornin' glory! have a great day!

Chris-the kids are finally out for the summer!! yippee!!! I bet they are soooo ohappy!!

Jos-strawberry jam?! my fave!! yummy :).

Linda-have you heard from Traci yet? hope things have settled down some. (((((hugs))))) love ya sweets

Well friends...gotta catch Davy, feed him and get myself out the door all within 5 minutes! Love you all and catch you this evening :).

Hello ladies!
Just a quickie. So, we're all sick now. All three of us. Blah. I'd thought Atha might have chicken pox, but I think she just had spider bites....?? Anyway, I'm zinc-in' it up so hopefully this is all over quickly. Blah!

I just kind of skimmed entries, but it looks like everybody needs hugs, so many people feeling sick and tired and blue. :-( But you know what? Things are getting better, I just know it!

Hopefully back later. I think the coffee is done, tho I can't smell it. ::Atchoo::

Hey ladies. Trying to pop in a minute. The kids seem to be at this stage where I can hardly use the bathroom without all 3 banging on the door, so as you can imagine, this leave me no time for anything productive, let alone fun time on the computer. I am in need of a break but it isn't in sites.

Our weather has been so nuts lately. The humidity yesterday was just unbearable - all of my windows and doors fogged up by 9 am!

On a really, really happy note - my amazing hubby and stepdad finished our fence. :) I can now take the kiddos outside without worrying so much about them running into the woods (yes, we live in the woods). And, Eric and I spent a lot of time Sunday landscaping our yard - FINALLY!! After 7 years, we have plants in our backyard! My mom bought me a hydrangea and I am over the moon. I've always wanted one. So far, it hasn't died on me. ;)

Tomorrow is a big day for us. We are taking Ella to a pop-in daycare that she goes to once in awhile, and the boys and I are going with Eric to Sioux Falls (LindaP will get me) for the day. Eric has an allergy appt and the boys and I are going to teh hospital to meet a gal pregnant with twins suffering from TTTS just like the boys did. One of my old High Risk OB nurses called me on Saturday and wanted me to bring the boys and talk to this chick. She is 29 weeks pregnant and is at that low point, which I'm so familiar with. After reading all the horrifying stats and seeing the cases that do not go well, you get so down when your babies have this disease. So, I'm going to go and talk to her and show her our miracle boys. :) I am excited but nervous. Anyway, we also need to get stuff for Jacob and Boden's 2nd birthday. My gosh. My little guys aren't babies anymore and this is hitting me kind of hard. No more babies in our house, ever. :( It does feel weird, I'm not even 30 and I know we are done with babies.

I miss you guys.

Joslyn - Your canning sounds great. We are growing a lot of green beans this year and I'm with you - I prefer them frozen. Can I ask - what do you use for them to vine on? This is my first year growing them and I am not sure what to use. I think Ella and I will spend some time this afternoon in the pool as well. I'm glad your appointment went well!

Chris - I felt the same about Up. I am still regretting taking Ella, and she reminds me constantly "to never make me watch that scary Up movie again." I have a lot of thoughts on that movie, especially on the stereotyping of "mean dogs" (talk about making kids scared of dogs!!). And man, if I'd known it was that deep I would have brought tissues for myself! Good luck at the doc tomorrow. I hope you get a plan figured out for Scott!! And, I hope the weather clears up for you soon so you can hit the beach. :)

Dawn - isn't that stupid. It never failed to amaze me how my old boss looked at me when I said I had a horrible migraine and needed to leave work early. But, anyone else in the office could call in sick for a cold!! Ugh. I hope Davy feels better soon. :)

Mrsaboyer - I'm sorry, I don't know your first name yet. :) Anyway, I hope you all feel better soon. It sucks to be sick in the summertime. My Ella has had a bad round of mosquito bites and her leg and arms are looking awful. They swelled up pretty badly this time. I think she has some sort of allergic reaction to it. I hope your Atha's spider bites heal!

Morning chicas!!!

This is a quick one, cause it's WEDNESDAY!!! and you know what that means...YES!! COUNTRY CLUB!!! It's where all of our friends and their children come over and bring snacks and swim from 2-5. Last week there were 23 of us in the pool!! it was vey cool!! Why have a pool of you're not going to use it, right? So we love COUNTRY club...it's called that because we used to go to a country club and do this every summer. Every wednesday they would take my kids and let them swim and golf and fish from 2-5 and I could leave and do errands and stuff...all for $25 per kid for the WHOLE summer!! omgosh!! what a deal!! So we wanted to continue it after the country club closed down. (we weren't members, btw, our pastor was and we would go on his membership! heehee...just sayin'!!)

So I'm off to clean the house, then go and meet a new stamping friend for lunch, then pick up my girls from musical theatre camp, then rush home for country club!! ohhh and i gotta pick up quentin from the gym in there somewhere! yikes!!!

love you all!!

ohhhh and thanks for the LOVE for the avi...we had the best photo shoot on Saturday!! Check out my facebook wall photos and see my band!! yay!!

Hi all! I know, I've been MIA again! :-P Nothing wrong, just usual day-to-day stuff. We leave on Tuesday for a visit with the In-Laws. They've had nothing but rain and 50's for the last week in Halifax, so we're all hoping for nice weather!

I've finally done a little scrapping. I'll try to get them uploaded soon - I even used Oscraps stuff!!! I feel like they still need a little tweaking, but that's the beauty of digi, right?

Anyway, I hope you all have a great day.

Chris - I hope you and your family soon find a good place to be mentally, emotionally and physically. I found a tick on Alex Monday, but according to the ped's nurse, our ticks here don't usually carry Lyme. I can tell you though, my thoughts immediately jumped to you and your family!

Dawn - I hope your head is feeling a little better.

Tali - Have fun in the back yard! I'm starting to really wish we had a large, wooded, fenced lot!

Sally - Country Club day sounds like fun!

Mrsaboyer - I hope you and your family feel better.

To everyone after me - Happy Wednesday!!!

Hi girls, back to work and school today. Christian is feeling better, thankfully, and he started in his new class this morning. I was a bit worried about how that would go. In the car on the highway, he tells me "Stop Driving. I get out of the car. No School!" Yeah, okay, as if I am going to let him out on the interstate. Anyhow, dropoff went very well, and he happily went in and hugged both new teachers. Thank you, Lord!

Jos - is that a new avi? Love it.

Karen -- Have fun on your trip. Can't wait to see the pics!

Sal - can I come to Country club?

Hi Tali - I am laughing over your bathroom comment. There is no privacy at all, is there?

Chris - UP is on my list to see, probably not until dvd though.

Hiya Mrs.Boyer, Dawn, Sandra, Lindaw, Clara, Ona, Kelly and anyone else I missed. Love to you all!!

Hi Ladies!!

Busy morning here!! Don't you know the one morning that I HAVE to be up early, I was sleeping like a baby!! Oh well....I went with Mom to the Dr this morning. What was suppose to be a quick appt ended up taking hours. I got barely got to the school to pick up Cameran by 12..(12:03) he wasn't happy with me...Nana was late!:( We layed down after we ate lunch, and we both dozed off...but the phone rang and woke me up (15 min nap for Nana). OMG Cameran needed the nap. He is used to taking one everyday at daycare...and hasn't been getting one since camp started...the past two nights, DD says he's asleep on the couch before 7. So I thought today we would get one in...I told her for the rest of the Summer I would taper him down, so he can get used to not having one. Mom's Dr appt went just ok....(Pulmonary). She is a HARDHEADED woman, and is not doing everything the docs say, so her breathing is not very good. She promised she would do better. She has had problems since she was an infant....and had one lung removed at 12 yo.

Well...I am going to leave some love here, and head downstairs to the washing machine....it is SCREAMING for me!!:(

First....(((((((((REALLY BIG HUGS))))))))))))))) TO EVERYONE, AS IT SEEMS MOST OF US ARE IN NEED!!

Joslyn....glad to hear your check up was good! Have fun on the bike! I wish we had a place to grow a garden. I grew up on fresh home grown veggies my whole life...I miss it! My mom and I can green beans from the market now. She likes them canned...but I am with you...frozen are better...just go bad quicker!

Chris...sorry about the weather....you can have some of ours...It is BLAZING hot here!! I hope the Dr appt for the kids goes well tom. Very nice about the teacher gifts...and they must have been touched about them to get back to you so quickly about them...YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Dawn....Hi sweetie!! Bunny meds...hmmm...I am trying to imagine you giving Davy medicine...the picture in my head looks like it's difficult!! That stinks that stinks that they don't understand your migraines! So many people think if you can't see it, it doesn't exist!! BOO to them!!

Andrea....Oh No!! all of you sick!! That just stinks!! I hope you are all better soon!

Hi Tali!! Yay on the fence getting done!! and the yardwork!! I can relate...we lived here for about 9 years before we got any landscaping done. Seems we could never afford it before that. plus no time....Ok...so pardon me for asking...but what is TTTS? It sounds bad...and is it permanant? do your boys still have it? how aweful...but what a wonderful thing you are doing to go lend support to someone else going throught what you did!

Sally....My superhero!! wish I could come to the country club! You guys sound like so much fun!! Have a great day playing! and am off to check out your band pics!

Kehfrog...hope you get some nice weather soon...but Yay for the scrapping! Hope the visit to the in-laws goes great! What is your first name? If you want to tell us!!

ME...hope Christian is feeling better today!

Clara...OMG...you are just the daredevil girl...BUNGEE JUMPING...GEEZ! Hope you are feeling better, and allergies are letting up!!

Kat....HI!!! Hope Nick is feeling better!!

and SARA...OMG...AWESOME page for your Dare challenge!! LOVE IT! and don't worry about the basement...when it gets bad enough...back the truck up to the door and start tossing!! LOL...that's what I do!! or did!!

If I missed anyone....send you some love now!! Have a great rest of the day!!!

Sally - have a great pool time! :) Ella is begging me to take her in now, but I have so much laundry we're gonna have to wait.

ME - Nope, none at all. ;) When Eric gets home and I take a shower, I lock that door. :D I'm so glad Christian likes his school. What a relief!

Karen - can't wait to see your pages. :) I hope the weather turns good for you while you are visiting your IL's!

Linda - jeesh! Don't you just hate that! I usually sleep like a log, but, of course the one day I have to get up early I can't sleep the night before. Silly!! I hope your mom does better with listening to her docs. I feel for you. My mom is the same way, and I hate having to worry about her health so much when she doesn't take good enough care of herself! It is really stressful. Oh - TTTS is a disease that identical twins can suffer from in utero, if they share a placenta. It is kind of hard to explain, but, basically they share blood vessels and one of the babies doesn't get his/her fair share of the blood/nutrients. http://www.tttsfoundation.org/ Anyway, it can be fatal to both twins, and we did come close to losing both of our boys. It has a higher fatality rate than SIDS but so few people know about it until it is too late.

My boys did have it, we found out at 14 weeks in fact. It is something that once they are delivered and separated from that pesky placenta, it goes away. Some babies will have after effects. Cerebral Palsy is one thing we had to watch out for, which was scary. So far, so good. :)

My little PSA for the day - if you know someone expecting twins - urge them to urge their docs to make sure their little babies aren't suffering from TTTS. I have met so many moms that have lost their babies b/c their doctors didn't watch closely enough. :)

Off soapbox. ;)

I miss you guys.

. Can I ask - what do you use for them to vine on? This is my first year growing them and I am not sure what to use. I think Ella and I will spend some time this afternoon in the pool as well. I'm glad your appointment went well!

nothing...I buy bush bean seeds so they don't need to climb.

Afternoon all!

Jos - You have so much energy you astound me. I can't imagine what life would be like if you and Sally teamed up to take on the world. =)

Chris - Hugs and love your way baby. It's rained yesterday evening and today and it rained a lot last week, I can't imagine having it so cloudy and rainy for so long. blech. And I need to order some Lyme in the Coconut stuff too. I love that kind of stuff. =)

Dawn - Can your coworker get together with my para? Maybe they could start something together. =) You would think that if you give someone a list of 60 pages, with library shelf call numbers IN ORDER and ask them to double check the books on it, that they would keep it order as they go. Apparently not. Apparently, you should shuffle the pages like a deck of cards so that it takes 20 min. to get them back in order. (You're much better at controlling your rants than I am.) Hope Davy is feeling better and not being such a stinker for you!

Oh Andrea - I hope your day gets better and you all start feeling better. Chicken pox or spider bites...neither one is better than the other I don't think! Good luck!

Tali - I totally want to come up and hang out with you. Give you a break, get some gardening tips. =) We'd have fun. And I have to read that website, but what kinds of things should they be looking for? My sister-in-law is expecting twins and is just through the first trimester.

I want to also go to Sally's Country Club. But only if she's serving bon bons and vodka cranberry. :D

Karen - I'm glad to see you and that your scrapping! And it is always wonderful that we can go back and change layouts...the beauty of digital!

ME - Glad he's feeling better. I hope that Ben's first day at new day care goes as well as that did for you. I'm going to start him at the beginning of August.

Linda - I understand the nap thing. Ben doesn't ever take a nap here, but he does at day care. Of course, then he probably should take a nap here, but he won't unless we go for a car ride somewhere. Glad you got a little rest too. Thanks for the sweet comments. I was pretty pleased with how the layout turned out. And I hope to tackle the basement tomorrow or Friday. I'd love to get it cleaned out by next Wednesday when I start class.

O.k Chatty Cathys. I need to check my facebook and pick up around the house. I'm going to have dinner with a friend I haven't seen in quite a while and I'm excited. But I want to make sure dh isn't feeling icky about the living quarters.

Have a good evening all!

LOL...Karen...I just didn't know your O name....LOL!!! when you friended me I hadn't seen any posts from you!! I am a dunce!!!;)

Sara....can I be your FB friend:) I can't find you...I am LINDA WOODIE WEBB..and anyone else too:p...except I might be a dunce and not know who you are on here...LOL (sorry Karen)

Jos - Ok, gotcha! I need to look and see what kind we got. Hopefully they are just the bush beans and I don't need to deal with vining!!

Sara - the main thing to find out is whether or not they are sharing a placenta. If they each have their own placenta then they aren't at risk for TTTS. We went to a perinatologist at 14 weeks, and that is when we found out they were sharing a placenta and were already sick. Most people don't have a ton of ultrasounds like we did, and don't have ultrasounds that early, so they might not find out about TTTS until it is too late.

I want to also go to Sally's Country Club. But only if she's serving bon bons and vodka cranberry. :D

OH yeah...SARA...I am with you!!!:p

I would come help ya out with that basement...I am no yard dog, but I can clean things out like no tomorrow!! I am NOT a pack rat...comes from growing up with one!! My mother keeps EV RY TH ING!!!!!

Oh Wow Tali....how terribly frightening!! What a blessing for you two little men to have come through so wonderfully!!:p I am going to the website to check it out more...I really don't know anyone having twins, but if it comes up...being informed is the best way to help! YOU ARE VERY BLESSED!!:p

:) Thanks Linda - we really, really are blessed.

Ladies, if you could spare a prayer or get-well wish, I'd appreciate it. Eric just called and told me that his dad fell outside (while doing hog chores on their farm) this morning and broke his kneecap. He will be laid up for awhile so they are scrambling to find people to help with chores. :( Eric will probably be going to his parents' farm to help quite a bit. FIL has THE worst luck. In the last few years he has had: a horrible, horrible case of West Nile, 3rd degree burns on his head, a huge gash on his butt cheek, and now this.

Your poor father in law ... hope he has a good recovery and hope it does not create too much havoc for the farm and that Eric doesn't have to be away very much.

ohhhh tali!! prayers here for your FIL...and for you and eric as he spends more time there! :)

and SARA (and Linda), of course we are serving Vodka Cranberry (with Vanilla Vodka, even!! LOL!!) and bonbons!! you know how homeschooling moms always have a freezer full of bonbons!! LOL!!! :)

Tali - Definitely prayers are being said. Hopefully, things will work out o.k. in the long run.

I'll ask my SIL, I know they are fraternal twins, so I don't know if that's better.

Linda - I'm stealthy on FB. I'll friend you. I think I saw you the other day, but got distracted before I friended you. =)

Mmmm Sally...bon bons and vanilla cranberry. Yum. My friend and I just got done with happy hour (she was a party pooper and wanted to go home early). So I did have a Cosmo for y'all. =)

oooh!!! Y'all, Davy looooves his med :). He takes liquid antibiotics out of a dropper and likes it so much that he usually ends up eating the dropper LOL. By the time he has had a couple of droppers full I have to squirt it into a teaspoon and he just licks it up. For some reason though he has decided he doesn't like baby aspirin anymore. He used to just chew 'em up, not anymore. Guess I'll have to get liquid if they make liquid aspirin? Not Tylenol, but aspirin. Hmmm.....

:) Thanks Linda - we really, really are blessed.

Andrea-hope you and yours all get to feelin' better soon!

Tali-soooo good to see you posting! Hope you and the kids are having a good summer so far! Wow, 2 yrs old, time sure flies, doesn't it?! Sorry about your FIL's accident, hope his recovery goes smoothly.

Sally-I wanna come to your Country Club, that sounds like my kind of a good time :).

ME-Sooo happy Christian went off to school ok :). Did he seem to enjoy it?

Linda-oh my, your mom can't afford to be too stubborn with just 1 lung!!!
It's hotter than heck here too, ugh.

Karen-hi, how are you?!

Sara-we have soooo many lazy people at work, it's not even funny. Happy hour....shoot we'd still be there if it were up to me, LOL.

Kat-how was your day? How's Nick?

Well, today wasn't too bad. Another day another dollar, right? I'm watching Flicka and just gonna chill out this evening, I'm worn out. I don't get to take off tomorrow which sucks and I'm ticked off about it but oh well. At least I have a job and I'm alive and healthy, right? :).

Shy favor, if anyone has the time would you pretty please hop over to
http://scraporchard.com/gallery/show...hp?photo=41003 and comment on my layout?
I doubt it'll help my chances any but it makes me feel better to have comments, .

Love y'all and hope everyone has a lovely night/day!
