Daily O's: Wednesday, January 11

LOL Linda! I am *always* date challenged!
What a weird morning for me Scott was hoping to get to school, he only threw up a few times yesterday. But when I woke him up at 5 am, he said he hadn't slept and was still really nauseous. Cait was running a 101* temp yesterday and is really weak, so i knew she wasn't going in. i told my friend for whom I babysit, I couldn't take her kids today. But yes, I had to get up anyway b/c the new stove is coming at 7:30 am. After that, I have to go food shopping. Poor Cait has no idea what would be good for her stomach. She made chicken noodle soup for b-fast, hopefully that stays down. But I'll be wandering around shop rite hoping for something to hit me. Not literally, of course. But if a box of stuff "just happened" to fall on my head, can I pass my confusion as a result of the accident, sue Shop Rite and be financially set for a while?

I wish I had a personal chef.
I really wish I had a personal chef *and* a personal shopper. (how cool would that be?)

Chris - so sorry to hear your family is sick, hoping they are feeling better soon and you get some rest yourself.
I'm feeling better, of course morning and night is the worse for me, but I think I'm going to try and go to work today. If I still don't feel up to par I'll come home.

I wish I really felt like cleaning the house.
I wish DS would do some school today.
I want to spend all day with my genealogy research.
I really should do some cleaning, but I guess I'll do a batch of laundry (wait, I've already loaded the washer ... yay!) ... and load the dish washer. Really should take a walk with the "snabeldrake" (= trunk dragon = nick name for the vacuum cleaner), but I'm not feeling well today. Not sick ... just ... down and moody. I think I need SSS more than WWW today (SSS being sugar, shopping and ... LOL)

Hi ladies of the o... I bet you thought I forgot you.... well I didn't.... I started off my year with a post at dd that I was to be on their blog getting to know you... and I'll be honest it was all I could do not to scream for joy...it was the first thing I read in 2012.... I put up 5 pages yesterday so you could see what I have been doing .... I'm not gong to visit you all every day.... but please know I am thinking of you I'm going to have to be a lurker... here at the o because it just makes me crazy to be at both places.... and I have too much dd stuff so I'll just add Anna's stuff to my pages when it makes it perfect. I just started taking Jana's 2nd class ... and it is truly awesome! I'll try to pop in now and then and say hi ...... Thanks for making 2011 an absolutely fantastic first year of digital scrapbooking!

a trip to the Apple Genius Bar this morning to try to figure out why my volume control button has stopped working. i gotta say i liked my iPad original better than i like my iPad 2. quirky little devil it is.
Chris, SO sorry to hear about everyone being so sick! i really hope it all goes away soon. do you think it's because all the microbes in the Northeast haven't been killed yet by freezing weather? it's going to be almost 50 again here.
you know you're NOT a nice person when you wake up at 4 a.m. plotting revenge. that was me this morning. instead of being sad about stuff, i'm lying there trying to figure out how to get back at people. scary. what i wouldn't give for a peaceful soul.

Morning Ladies... Eva and Phylis you are too funny ound: I always come away with a smile on my face whenever I post in the Chatter forum!!
MMG and myself went for a date night last night and had dinner and movie, we saw Mission Impossible at the IMAX theatre and it was very good! It was very LOUD, but very good. The scene where he is outside of the building in Dubai is very nerve wreaking and my palms were all sweaty because I hate heights. But I watched the whole scene without closing my eyes :fear: No work for me again today as I am off to the Dr. to have a lump on my finger looked at. Hoping they will remove it at the office. Off to get another cuppa :tea: back for personals in a bit.

I have to say I ♥ my iPad! I can't help it LOL I'm looking allready forward to august, I have to get a new phone subscription. I'm now thinking about getting the iPhone. Depends on how much I have to pay for myself!

And there was a iMessage and email from Clara. I got accepted as Cheery-O!
I was so excited, I couldn't sleep anymore! LOL I chatted with Clara, told her I was so happy that I actually should go out of my bed and do a little dance :threesisters: :cheer2:
So I was searching this thread, to be happy and post away. But damn..there was no! So I stayed calm, nd waited for one to open:bounce: So now I can bounce away!:bounce::bounce::redface:

Eva, so cool that you work on your genealogy. Are you making a book or document about this? A few weeks ago DH's family made one. And our name was written with a Z in stead of a S. Our daughters name was Senna instead of Fenna.
Both my SIL's names where written wrong. OMG, there where so many mistakes with names! So pay extra attention to the spelling corrections

Wow waited for an hour to get into the Dr. she saw me for a total of one minute and told me to make an appt as an outpatient with the hospital. So January 24th I get my lump removed. Cheeeezzzz!!!
