Wow ladies! We are so closed to having another year in the books. How can that be?

I'm back to work today. I peeked at emails yesterday and took a few calls...think that it might be a long day!:( So I'm enjoying just a moment of quiet this morning.

Hope everyone has a great day! Can't wait to see how you've filled the gallery when I get home.

Leaving you all with some virtual coffee and muffins!:p

Phooey! I lost my post. I got the Bamboo Touch and I tried to click somewhere, but it sent me back a page, and I lost my post.
Its really cool, and it not as hard as I thought to get used to. I got it hooked up yesterday.

Anyway, I was just blabbering about how cold and windy it is, and that our NYC trip is postponed. Good thing!
Then I was rambling a bit about how fat the year and decade went by.

I finished up by grabbing a muffin and coffee!

Linda S- have a good day at work.
Laurie- Have fun today! Sounds like a great "girls day out!"

Good Morning.........

I slept in today!!! I took a muscle relaxer for my neck and I slept really well last night!! STIFF this morning though....I have got to get to a DR!!!

Need to clean out a few things and start organizing the Christmas stuff to take it down....We will probably do that on Thursday....so we can get out of the house on Friday....I want to go do a little shopping sometime and spend my Christmas money!!! MAYBE!! Might just save it for Camera accessories!!! or one of these tablets you guys keep talking about!!!

Have a great day ladies!!! ((((((((((HUGS))))))))))) to you all!!!

ohhhhh Good Morning, my darling O family!!! I really woke up in a wonderful mood!! My head is still full of it, but because i stayed in bed for most of yesterday, I have a bit more energy today...and of course, not a lot on the agenda!! Today we are starting our Musical Marathon. We are hoping to watch all of the musicals we own and that my sil and her girlies own. It's gonna be fun! I probably should have done that yesterday, but i think it was better that i didn't let them come over so i could sleep a little bit in the afternoon.

I also have to order my kids' books for the spring semester today. I wonder if I will actually do that! Thank God for Christmas bonuses!! :)

Linda, thanks for the muffins...enjoy work today! Sometimes a little bit of routine is welcomed after the chaos of the holidays!! (if only i could get my son and daughter to unload the dishes so i could get my routine done!!!heehee!!) love ya, hun!!

Laurie, I totally agree..that restaurant looks yummmmmmmy!! How fun to get your hair done and shop and all!! I love days like that!! enjoy, hun!! :)

Chris, I hit the back button all the time while posting (hitting ctl-C as i speak!!), but how exciting to play with a Bamboo tablet!! Let me know what you think!!! I love my wacom, but usually only use it for extraction...I'm still learning the doodling thing!! Hugs!!!!

LindaW, ohhhhh do you see a Chiropractor for your neck? I've heard soooo many good things about chiros that I think i would attempt that if I ever had issues. My mom refuses to go to one, but mr gorgeous and my inlaws swear by it!! :) LOL!! just curious!! LOL! have a wonderful day today, babe!!

and you will be so proud to hear that I took my B-12 and my probiotic this morning, and intend on doing it everyday from now on!! (you are my accountability!! i hate, abhor, detest pills, so this is BIG!!!)

love you all!! enjoy your day and I'll see you in the gallery...I'm commenting and scrapping while singing with the musicals today!!

Good morning ladies!!

I have been having the strangest dreams!! Blah!! I don't like weird dreams! I don't even remember them, just weird. I was so proud of myself last night though. I only...

okay...I have to stop and tell you this and then I can go back. I just heard this word at work and it freaked me out and made me laugh. This girl at work thinks that she can get to know men through texting and this other girl said she isn't texting she's "sexting" OH MY GOSH!!! What the heck!! Sexting? Really? This is the new flirting? Life has moved on from real life to all conversation over the phone in little blurbs of text. Wow!!

Okay...back to my regularly scheduled programming...so I was going to tell you how proud of myself I was. Last night I was playing on the computer and my husband told me it was whatever time it was and I wanted to finish something up. I told him I needed 15 minutes. You'll never believe this...15 minutes later he told me what time it was and I actually got off the computer. I totally get a gold star. Yay me!! Lol!! The computer rules are hard to get used to but I think they will be good. I can already tell a difference. Just on how I notice other things going on. I don't get quite so engrossed. Not such a bad thing. I can deal with it.

Okay. How about some love...

LindaS - enjoy your quiet. Lond days suck. I'm glad you had some time off though. End of year is no fun. Hopefully it all goes smoothly though. Thanks for the coffee and muffins.

Laurie - Dublin sounds familiar. I think my MIL has mentioned it. Is it an Amish town? I've heard of Berlin but haven't been there. My husband grew up near Canton/Akron obviously a couple hours away. But I hear about all those other areas. I love all those cool places like that. I hope you have a blast at lunch. That is too bad your friend has to move so far away. Enjoy your day of pampering.

Chris - I am so glad you are figuring out the Bamboo Touch because you will be my go-to when I open mine up tomorrow. Yay!! Lol!! That is so cool that you can hop on over to NYC for an afternoon. I would love that. Someday I will get there. Did you write the decade went by?? Wait what? The decade? I haven't thought about that. Holy crap!! Wow!! I cannot believe that!!

LindaW - Yay for sleep. I know how hard it is for you to get good sleep. Sorry it meant you slept so stiffly though. So what camera accessories are you looking at getting? Anything good? I have some filters I got with my camera I need to learn about. I got a new case for my camera so I looked at everything I had and remembered I had them. I need to get a book too for my camera. Yay for having a plan of action for getting everything organized for after Christmas. You are way more motivated than I am. You rock. LOL!!

Sally - A musical marathon, huh? The musicals you've picked I think are different than the ones I would pick but I love musicals too. Actually the only reason I wouldn't pick the ones you pick is because I don't know that I've seen them. Is that horrible? Have fun singing and hanging out today.

Have a fantastic day everyone.

i just have to pop in here while we are listening to the Overture of South Pacific!! !!

It took me ALL of Evita (the great one with Madonna) to buy, download, and organize a GOB of new goodies from the store!!

Guess what I'm doing now??? Now I'm going to do a CHALLENGE run!! that means I'm starting at the top of the list and I'm scrapping ALL Of the challenges I haven't done yet!! yay!!! I LOVE VACATION!!!

Clara, the object of watching the musicals is to see the ones we haven't seen!! woohoooo!! (I actually think i've seen all that we've picked to see today!!) but that's me...musical fiend!! :) have a great day, darling!!

Evening all - it was a wonderful day- I need to scrap a page or two- the food is presented in such an inviting manor- I had broccoli, dill, cheddar quiche and a cup of asparagus cream soup- flavored coffee too and some mini 1" muffins as well. Bought lots of trinkets for next years Christmas and this amazing top- it is about 1 foot long/wide with long sleeves and it stretches- looks like it would fit a doll, but looks good on my size 12 body- I had to laugh cause if I ever lose weight it will still fit. My hair appointment went well as did the rest of my shopping-

Clara- dublin is near Columbus- I did run into my Amish neighbor- well less tha5 miles away in the country that makes us neighbors in the local Aldi store and we had a chat while waiting to check out. He was very proud of doubling the size of his house/buggy building and pleased that his kids have so much space to run around.

LindaW - hope your neck feels better soon

Sally- good luck with your challenge run
