Clara, glad that you got to spend time with Nana Linda. And hope that moving to the new house, you will soon have internet again!

I took the kids to gymnastics camp. Last day so I need to be back in there shortly for the show! After dropping them off, I ate breakfast out. Last day of reading this afternoon...last night of VBS tonight...lots of lasts as we prepare for the first day of school!

morning y'all! it appears almost everyone is on vacation and some even getting to meet and greet. I'm so jealous of that. But, in a totally good way.

i've been super busy this week working on the O blog and making some tutorials for the O designers. Now i've got a killer sinus headache and a bad toothache. i've got an appt with the dentist this afternoon - looks like a root canal - BLECH. but oh well, it will be better than the pain, right.

Linda, I'm sorry to hear about all the flooding. So not good.

Laurie, I'm glad you got to see your aunt.

Trudy, if you finished your gardening and laundry, I've got some that could do with some doing

hey ladies.

it has been a long hot day. the kids and i have been cooped up in the camper all day. we couldn't go any where because derek had the car. ugh. then it is too hot to go outside. i cannot wait for our house. looks like i'll be meeting andrea on saturday. that should be cool. yay! i love that the internet makes the world smaller.

so that's life here...

linda - enjoy your last night of vbs. i hope you did something fun today.

vicki - i hope your headache gets better. i get those too and they stink. and the tooth...i've been so fortunate not to have to go through that. i hope it makes the pain go away soon.

So today we continued our journey- went to see dh dad and mom in two separate facilities. His dad recognized us and we had a nice visit ( they now live 14 hours 1 way from our home) his mom, not really even knowing her son- missing her mom who died 20 years ago. Then we moved on to Lake Placid, and I am tired from a 3 mile walk around Mirror Lake- I need to check my photos and see if I can find a good one!
