Afternoon all. I'm starting the thread so Chris will know we were good and kept it up while she's away.
I had a genealogy thing on Zoom this morning and in a bit we're off to the senior center to do that genealogy group in person again. Still scary, but it worked last month.

So, what did Chris forget to pack? Hmmm, hope it wasn't a hat.

Eva @tanteva sure hope you are feeling better, actually LOTS better.

Hahaha!! HI @scrap-genie -- I didn't forget anything! I packed waaaaay too much as always. Shore trips can be tough. You need beach ware, plus nicer closes for dinners, then it can be cold by the water-- and what if you get wet, or you spill something?

Actually, I *did* forget one small thing-- an empty case for my contact lenses. But it wasn't a big deal, I always bring an old pair of lenses in case something happens to the ones I am wearing. You don't want me driving in my glasses, I am so used to contact that I have a hard time with glasses. At any rate, I just threw out the backup contacts and used that case but that me without the backup pair. I was just careful to not rub my eyes and lose a lens that way.

How did the genealogy meeting go?
