Hello and welcome to a topsy-turvey day!
#crazy-2
At least it's all cattywampus for me, hope it isn't for you. This time yesterday, I assumed that today was going to be picking up my grocery order and then puttering about here. I am behind on scrapping and commenting so I was going to do all of that this morning and then enjoy the warmer temps outside. But nope- all cattywampus. [Sidenote, I had never heard that word before until my friends said it a couple of years ago and now it is one of my favorite words :cloud9-2: I rarely get to use it in casual conversation so I jump at every chance I have]
This is what my day(s) look like now.
Gary is going to pick up the groceries because I am cleaning for my friend today instead of tomorrow. I should be home by noon, shower, eat lunch, and pack some clothes. And where are ya going, Faery? My mom is meeting me here and we are going to her PA house together until Friday. Her plans got switched around and I didn't want her to go up and do housework on her own. I switched my day for cleaning and started to pack yesterday. Unfortunately, I have to repack everything because it turns out that the weather is going to be cold for the next 2 days. I packed clothes for the upper 70s, not the low 60s. Oh well! My mom is meeting me here at 2 and then I'll drive her car to PA. It'll be nice to get a change of scenery.
Scott's party went well- he was surprised! My niece got here early since she works relatively close and I got to catch up. She is home for the summer (she is in Vet School in OK) and she's just so fun. She is *such* a Campbell. The four Campbell kids are all unique but Campbell through and through. My SIL and I laugh at how we-- the non-Campbells-- produced them all. hahahaha!!! Scott and Sam were stuck in traffic and were running late so everyone was hanging out downstairs for a while. Juliet (niece) was chatting with Lauren (school friend/hiking buddy of Scott's) and someone asked if they had ever met before. The rest of us kind of gulped and said, "Yeaaaaahhhh... That night." "That night" was actually 2 am, Dec 26 when they both raced over here to sit with Scott after LL broke up with him. As soon as we said that, they were like -oooohhh, right.... hehehe!
I'd better shut up and get going if I want to leave a little early.
Have a fantastic day. Not sure if I will be able to pop in while I'm in PA, my eyes don't do well with the phone screen. Behave and not like the last time.
