Daily Ooo's: Wednesday, March 19

Good morning sweet O-Fam! Halfway through the week- and I am ready for the weekend. My alarm went off and I just groaned. :help:
Big house to clean today- but I am not going to push myself. It if takes me 5 hours, so be it. Yesterday's food shopping pooped me out and I also realized that I need to wear a better bra. The one I had on is pretty old and all of the elastic is shot. So even though I don't need a lot of support (I am an A on one side and now an A- on the other ound: ), I am still more sore than I thought I was while I was being lazy around the house.

Not much else going on here. Oh, get this-- while I was out with Cait yesterday, Gary got a call from my Lyme dr's office about my IV meds. (I have to post this on FB too, it is too funny in a ridiculous way not to share). The ins. co. is covering the medication. Wooo hooooo!!! BUT-- there is always a but-- I need to find an in-network infusion facility to administer it. Wha????? The drs office explained that we are doing the infusions ourselves so it is now back in the ins co's court to decide if they will still cover the meds. Is that *insane* or what??? Just another in Lyme-Land:yuck:

Chris that is crazy about the insurance company. What is wrong with our medical system? Seriously. There is such a lack of common sense and decency and such a focus on money it's insane.

Guess what...it snowed last night. *sigh* I know we haven't had it as bad as you Chris, but I am awfully tired of it. It was maybe an inch, but it's so annoying. I'm so over it.

I have come up with the answers for the ten trivia questions that I'm in charge of tonight. Now I just need to write questions to go with them. It should be fun tonight. I know you are going to be exhausted Chris - so I will have to post them tomorrow for you and see how you do.

We didn't go bowling yesterday. We ended up being kind of lazy. We just kind of felt like we had been doing stuff every day and we wanted to snuggle and watch tv and use the computer. I got us McDonald's for lunch and we eventually cleaned up the house a bit and got organized for today. It was nice actually.

Nancy - How long is hockey season? I have no clue about hockey as a sport. Guess that's what I get for living in the midwest. LOL

Trudy - your match up game is hard! LOL

Rae - I wish I could do Anna's stuff justice. For some reason, I just don't have the eye for her stuff like a lot of people do.

Morning ladies, up early with DH and made us both some oatmeal for breakfast, so now I have a full tummy and I am on my second cup of coffee I am in heaven!!

Chris - I hope it doesn't take you too long to clean your big house today and yes for goodness sakes wear a good bra while you are working!! Ouch!! Doesn't it just make you shake your head at the ridiculous things the insurance companies expect you do???

Sara - Awww I wish you did not have to return to work sweetie!! I know exactly how you feel,

I detested going back to work after spring break, christmas break or whatever, I just wanted to be home and be a mom!! Or work at home and not have to deal with all of the office politics or stupid things that people threw at me everyday. Oh well it will happen for you one day, keep buying those lottery tickets and who knows, maybe one day you will not have to go back.

Good morning - wow my hockey team put on a pathetic show last night. It really has been like they have forgotten how to play. It was our 3rd loss in a row. I don't mind losses if my team plays hard but when they don't play hard it is sad. But today will be fun as I will be going for coffee with the my girlfriends. Always fun to catch up and a Starbucks just opened in our downtown so we will be going to check it out. I should also be a good day to take a walk. But maybe rain later.

Chris it will warm up but just not soon enough. At least we can be grateful that the last snow storm stayed south.

Sara it is always so hard to go back to work after a vacation. Good luck! Sorry you got snow but at least it should melt fairly fast! The hockey season last from mid-Sept to late June by the time all the play offs are all over. Then come a draft and then July 1 is free agency. So it cracks me up it is almost like the whole year. LOL

Trudy your game is too hard! But I will put in a guess. Hope you had a good day scrapping. I am sure your MG is happy with the 10th Boston win.

Hi ladies! Sitting at the doctor's office while getting my treatment and playing in the O while I have time Figure I might as well make the best of it! I decided to today to let go and let God as far as my feelings toward one of the nurses here. I've worked with her in the main hospital and knew her in school so I honestly don't really like her for personal reasons and the clinic has been told she is not allowed to take care of me. So today, as I sat in the parking lot before coming in here, I realized that I just needed to let it go. If she happens to be the one taking care of me then so be it! I have to go handle some Scentsy business when I leave here and then hit the grocery store. Such an exciting life I lead ound:

Chris - That's crazy about the insurance but they are funny like that. I do my own PICC line care and I'm sure that makes my insurance quite happy! Looks like they would be happy to not incur that extra charge. Take care of yourself today while cleaning and don't overdo it!

Sara - Sorry bout the snow! I think everyone is tired of it this year. Hopefully work won't be too bad and I'm sure you'll do just fine with your trivia

Trudy - Your trivia is making my head hurt! I am completely clueless who's who in those pics! I look just like myself in my childhood pics, LOL. I would be easy to pick out!

Nancy - Anytime with the girlfriends is a fun time! I love those moments in life! Hope you enjoyed your new Starbucks
