Well hello all..
Sunny mild weather here and a daughter that is eating and pooping like a 3 year old. We are measuring food in teaspoons or tablespoons. Bless her, she is trying, and what joy there was to have two bowel movements today! and yes, in the pot. I'm so glad that's over cause poor kid has her period too. but as my mil used to say...Consider the option. I do thank all that be that she isn't pregnant now.
Dick is taking her back up to the hospital in about 30 min for a shot. They couldn't give it til she had been out of the hospital for 24 hrs. No payment for 24hrs...You know as someone who used to help draft these bits of legislation, I do wonder what the onus on that one was.
I'm not mad at my dh today. That's a good one! I did have a head shaking moment this am though. Last night at 2am Ms. Liz woke up with a major pain in her gut...and wanted sherbert. Sorry, no can do, so I gave her a heating pad for the tummy. This am, Dick was going to get 'single servings cups of ice cream and/or sherbert'. I told him they were at the far left of the cabinet in the store I sent him too. He calls and says..NO single servings. Just packs of 18 (Italian ices?) or packages of fudgcicles, creamsickles, etc. NO small cups. They must not sell them any more.
I suggested he walk a bit to the right...and look in more freezer cases. (These are the upright glass ones too), Finally he sees them...and says "10 for $10???" Yes, but you don't have to buy ten, honey, just three or so...
Somehow I just 'knew' they hadn't stopped selling single serving cups of Hagen Daz, Gelato, or Starbucks stuff in just one week...But I still wonder how his brain works.
Well little petunia has to get up in about 15 min to go, so I'll say adieu. Probably no time for personals for a bit, but you all do have my love.
