Its all coming up so fast!!!
I got 2 more more small orders in last night- that is good, right???
I have been so busy- it is good, but man, I am soooo tired at the end of the day!

I had some seriously bizarre dreams last night- one kept coming back- I was in training for the Nazi Olympics. One of our "games" was that we had to hang on a bar while they branded our arms. It was a freaky dream. Scott is reading Diary of Anne Frank, and we watched this past weeks' Cold Case that was about the 1980 Olympics, so that's how that got mashed together, LOL

Stephie- how did everything go for your friend? What a blessing!!!!!

Linda W- "singing" LOL That is what my dad called it when Scott had colic. Hope that your babies have happier days today.
I hope that your DS-IL gets "good" news about the car- that is scary about the frame being bent. It has to compromise the safety of the car - even if it gets "fixed." Here is hoping for a "total" and a great price.

Elisa- I love hearing happy adoption stories too- makes me so hopeful for my brother.
Yay for nice nails!!! Will she come to NJ?

Andrea- I am sending you good thoughts today. Its hard- I know you want/need a diagnosis on the one hand, on the other hand, I am know you just want your baby to be ok. But I am hoping that this ped is going to be great for her. Let us know how it goes.
I love your Serenity Prayer- and believe me, it is so hard to be an advocate sometimes, but it is the most important thing you can do for your child.

Morning...it's early for me this morning...especially since Cora and I were up late last night watching Elf!! "Smiling is my favorite!" I love love love that movie!!!

Well, today is a play day sorta...i'm gonna grab whoever wants to go and go shop today! I have a gift card for an Archiver's...it's 30 mins away, but I may go up there anyway...i want some cool stuff!! ahahahahaahha! It's hard to buy for me right before Christmas, but no one else will buy scrapbooking stuff for me, so i'm probably safe!! yipeeeeee!!

I also got a coupon for this cool fabric store. I may take cora there and see what they have. I want to make a "sleeping cap" out of knit fabric...i did one, but it's not exactly what i had in mind...so we'll see...

I have a couple more days to flesh out of my 12 days of Christmas Freebies on my BLOG (shameless plugging here...). I'm about to go post today's. Today's freebie is probably one of my faves!! ohhhhhhh, and guess what??? Last night (at 3 am in the morning) I scrapped!! yeah!! You'll see that on my blog today, too!! (more shameless plugging!!) I'm really having a lot of fun...I thought it would be much more stressful than this to design, but I think I've figured out that when we follow our own style, our own love, we really enjoy 'working"!! if that's what you want to call it!!

i did fold the laundry and do the dishes yesterday!! Tomorrow we will scrub down the house before Mr Gorgeous gets back from California on Friday!! So I am doing my work so I can play!! Heeheee!! now to steal some time today to post in that gallery! It's soooo fun to hang there...and gorgeous...*sigh*

HI O's I actually have a few seconds to stop in and wave .

I haven't been able to post in a while because I am not very good at typing one handed and my little man just loves to snuggle his mommy. He is snoozing now and the big girls are making snowflakes (that will be so fun to clean up...) to hang all over the house.

We are just haning out today. Its COLD outside so Mama doesn't want to go out. I think I'll get started on my Christmas baking and make a big crock of soup.

SALLY~ you are designsing!!!! How awesome I MUST MUST MUST go check it out.

CHris good luck getting the orders done. Sometimes I think a deadline helps me get things done!

Good morning ladies!!!

It is cold here again today...it had warmed up a bit for a couple of days...but back to the deep freeze!!

I just got through updating the Challenge Me thread...oh my word we have so many challenges going on around here now!! WOOT!!! It's awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

So today...I have to go get some ink for the printer when I get the chance....I need to print a couple of pics...

I need to wrap presents...maybe I can get started today...and I need to make my grocery list for the Christmas week...I have not even started my baking...probably this Sunday!! I know I won't be doing as much...but all of my kids would disown me if I don't get some goodies made!!! I will probably start with each of their favorites and then see what I have time for after that!!

So let's see if I can leave some love now...

Chris...WOOT!!!!! You go girl!!! Getting those cookies done and your FW baskets!!! YAY!!!!!! and who cares if they crumble...the taste is all that matters I hope a photo or two came out of Cait's concert for you!! How awesome...I have the visual of her singing in my head!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!

Hi everyone!!

Well, yesterday went well I guess. We'll know what it all means in January. Even though DH's appointment was at 10am, he didn't leave the waiting room until about noon, and then it was another hour for the procedure (another patient had had a bad reaction to a procedure and had a seizure so everything was delayed). When he got out, he actually had little to no pain - very good. So we've ruled out a hardware issue with his metal components in his back; it is most likely in his joints. That's what we wait to find out. He wasn't stiff or in bad pain this morning either like normal, so that is also good.
We actually ended up going shopping after the appointment and some yummy Italian food. We ended up getting a new TV because our old one is starting to go and the repair on that now that it's out of warranty is around $500 - might as well get a new TV for that and spread out the payments over 12 months. I'm happy because that means I get to get rid of the "elephant" in the living room - we had a rear projection TV and entertainment center that took up about 1/3 of the living room - now we get a flat screen that will be put on a stand that matches the rest of our furniture. So relieved that the new year will start off with a nicer looking living room - the other setup was a thorn in my side for the last 5 years.

Chris - I will definitely look into that melatonin idea. Even though I've been sleeping better, there are too many nights relying on Tylenol PM to get it. But you need to stop having such weird dreams, lol! Speaking of which, I think I will have nightmares about those 'reindeer on steroids' flying by....

Clara - so sorry to hear about Derek's loss.

Sally - I can help you spend that Archiver's gift card really fast! Mine is 1/4 mile from where I work, so I am right around the corner from danger every day!

LindaW - I haven't started wrapping yet myself - thank goodness for gift bags and a bunch of tissue paper! Tomorrow I have to do my baking. Good luck with the car situation!

Stephie - I hope everything went well for your best friend...

Andrea - I hope the appointment went well and you were able to be calm and be that advocate for your daughter.

hey ladies. i have been so slow this week. just trying to get stuff together. calendars, last tidbits of shopping, Christmas cards are almost ready to go out. Yay!! Then on top of that every once in a while I have to work at my job too. What the heck? Work at work? Who does that?
