what a day I had yesterday. Nothing bad, but its the same pattern that has been going on for a while. It is taking me 10 tries to get one thing done.
I went C-mas shopping, got a bunch of stuff but didn't "finish" anyone. The book I ordered for my MIL came, but it was the wrong one, so now I have to send it back and find the right one. My contact lens tore at some point during the morning and my the time I got home, my head/eye were in so much pain.

Not feeling so hot today. I have a tendency to push myself (I know.... it is so hard to believe that... eye roll LOL) and that makes me flare.

I have to take the rest of the day off, i think- I have to go food shopping first, but hopefully I can sit down and have some scrap time later.

morning chris and linda- I hope you are kind to yourself today Chris- I have been feeling blah lately- eating too much crap- really sugar and salt- not good to me- off to a busy day at work - might get some snow flakes in the air- that would be fine- puts me in the mood-although it could wait until tomorrow when I am home!

Morning, ladies. It sure is dreary here this morning - flood and thunderstorm watch which makes for an awful commute. Yuck. I would really like to just crawl back into bed and watch some romantic comedies! :) Doesn't that sound nice - just to be all comfy and cozy and in pj's with nowhere to go. Not happening, but a nice thought.

Krista - I hung up my calendar too. I saw your pics - so impressed you are doing it for each girl! I need to go out during lunchtime and get some goodies for ours.

Laurie - hope your mood lifts today! (and the work day goes quickly too)

Hi Linda! I've been thinking of that chocolate pecan pie you mentioned for Thanksgiving. Could you post the recipe? Yes, this baby and I like our sweets. hehe.

December already!! my oldest 2 girls both have birthdays this month Elyse will be 8 on Dec 3 and Raianna will be 10 on Dec 7!!!
 
Good Morning "O" family...Up early and its still very dark outside, oh how I hate the time change, wish they would not change the clocks here ever!! My jaw is very sore today and everyday I have a headache that just won't go away, I will be glad to get this splint on my jaw and start to get my jaw back to normal again. Oh stop whinning right?? Off to work for a couple of hours today, statement day so I get to spend it with my good friend in her office and we visit and have a few laughs while we work on statements together. :clap2:

Chris - you poor thing, I hope that you get to spend some time doing absolutely nothing!! Take care of yourself and try not to overdo!! We love you and hope that you feel better soon!

Linda S - Yes it really is December 1st...yikes I have to get my cards done and still so many things to get fininshed for Christmas gifts.

Laurie -Hope you have a great work day, I feel the same way when I eat things that I should not. I really have to get back on the GI diet and completely cut sugar out of my diet. I feel so much better when I am sugar free!!

Krista - We have not seen much of you in here lately, I am sure you are very busy with those beautiful girls of yours!! I am off to check out your facebook page! :hug:

Me - The idea of getting back into bed and watching chick flicks sounds like heaven to me!! I think we should all take the day off and do just that, not sure the boss would go for it though. LOL

Kristi - you are very busy with the birthdays this month, my son's birthday is also this month and I must get something out in the mail for it soon!! Thanks for the reminder!!

IT IS COOOOOOOOOOOOOLD HERE TODAY!!!! It poured all day yesterday and today the wind is about to blow the house down!!!!

BUT....I don't have Connor today and my Mom and I made plans to go out for a bit...I am getting ready to head out and meet her.

Other than that...it's another day of the same old stuff!!!

Oh so yucky today. It's raining and very windy. I had to go rescue my recycling can from the wicked fast drivers on my road. The wind had decided it would be funny to blow it into the road. Got a late start this morning. Slept past my alarm and my kids missed the bus. They sure didn't mind. But then my 10 year old decided to light a kleenex on fire with a bbq lighter and burn his thumb. He tried to tell me that it just burst into flames all on it's own! It was a magic tissue!

Oh you ladies are all so crafty! It's making me want to give up school and just keep being a stay at home mommy learning new crfts. I am really liking the idea of homeschooling. Or become a teacher myself. I am going to get a B in anatomy and physiology which means I'll be put onto a waiting list for PTA school and probably won't get in. Maybe in 5 years or so I might. So I have to come up with a plan B and C. But that's ok. Life is an adventure. It would be boring if we stayed on the same straing smooth path forever!

So I decorated my porch finally last night. Found an awesome deal on beautiful red/ green/ gold ribbon. 2.50 for like 5 yards! So I'll have to take a photo once the rain goes away. Ooh and walmart has super cute window stickies. We got the ones that are ornaments and say fa la la la la ...... My windows look like a scrap page without the pictures. And I got this wonderful idea in some magazine or other to wrap my pictures on the wall and have hanging presents! It looks so wonderful! I LOVE Christmas!

I have not gone Christmas shopping yet though. Still working on the photo books for the grandparents and we started the teachers gifts. I'm thinkin of doing some homemade gifts for the kids this year to save some money. Plus they love it! I got pretty lucky with that.

I'm off to lunch with another friend today...oh no rest for the socialite!! LOL!!! and hopefully I'll get the house picked up and close to finished decorating. Mr Gorgeous comes home tomorrow and wants to come home to a beautifully decorated cozy home!! So I just gotta get those little worker bees to get going! LOL!!!!

I'm so excited about the advent calendars! Krista's look so fun!! and Mary Ellen, you have to take a pic when you get yours all going!! :) This was one of Krista's better ideas to promote my business!! Yep, I owe her big time!! :)

Gahhhh!!! Yesterday was AWFUL. I spent 7 hours watching my boss' mom, who has Alzheimers really bad, plus I had to work. My boss wasn't very forthcoming on how severe her mom's situation is, nor did she leave me any choice to watch her mom or not.

So, it was really really hard. I threw out my back, I wasn't at all told I was going to have to lift her everywhere!! I'm not even supposed to be lifting over 30 pounds, and here I was lifting a woman who made sure she made it as hard as possible for you.

Then when I got picked up by Jeff, things went down hill fast. I didn't eat anything all day, not even breakfast, so I wasn't going to put up with anything.

Long story short, he redeemed himself with steaks.

Now I have another cold, my cough wasn't just a cough, and bwahahaha Jeff appears to have it as well!!! We slept in until almost lunch time, I'm feeling a tiny bit better. Jeff said I was crying in my sleep a lot last night, like from pain. He was making weird animal cry noises all night!

So, I decided to give it another week before reopening -- I'll be opening next friday at Plain Digital Wrapper! I want to re-brand myself and get together some banners and blinkies. I've been spending too much time working on a secret project and not enough time designing.

Ugh, time to get up and shower! We're actually house sitting right now, and the water pressure SUCKS here, so we're going home to shower, lol!

Hi sweeties!! We're in Orlando, Florida right now. Just delivered a load for FedEx. Later today we're picking up a load in St. Cloud, FL to Fond Du Lac, WI (again). No time to go home unfortunately.
I wish I were in a chatty mood but we're so bummed out right now (again a week with nno pay check and no miles...) I just wanted to stop by and say hi and wish you all a great day!! Hugs!
