helloooooO dear O-zies!
I finished up some coffee and need to get into the shower before Scott needs to get in so I am going to have to type fast. Ignore all typos since there will be more than usual. I might even spawn a new language.

I had a decent day yesterday I think. I honestly don't remember much of anything, I mean, I cleaned for my friend, worked on my food shopping prep, made dinner - pasta sans insects. The sump pump kept going on - still is- but I haven't been in the basement since Monday. Hopefully, it isn't too wet by now.
I ran the dishwasher and then babysat it to make sure that I would see at what point in the cycle it turned itself off. I guess the dishwasher reset worked, who knows for how long? Any dish that I don't have to wash by hand is a win. Today I am going to do the same for the washing machine, will have to run a load and then babysit it so if it leaks I can get the water turned off before it damages anything. Yay for appliances.

Today I am back to back busy. Food shopping this morning and then a haircut in the afternoon. Got all of my masks for today ready, but I am going to need to buy a few more since I am sure we will be wearing masks all fall/winter.

I hope that I do better food shopping than I did in my dream the other night. I dreamed that I went food shopping for my friend (the one I clean for) but I went to a store that was near my parents' house and I couldn't find anything that was on the list. I was getting lost looking for basic produce- like green peppers and bananas. I would get lost, go out of the exit, and then freak out that I was technically shoplifting, run back inside and do it all again. My dreams have kicked into high gear again. That one wasn't even the weirdest- I also dreamed that Cait had a baby- premature no less- and we forgot to tell people we were grandparents. Then I dreamed about my cousins but I didn't recognize any of them and they were mad at me. LOL!!!!

@tanteva Hahaha!!! I believe you-- you would *never* laugh at me!!

@scrap-genie hehe, I have done that before if I witnessed a bug land in the food. I guess since it has been an issue for a while with the bugs being in the food, my tolerance is at zero. Scott offered to cook Pasta Batch #3 the other night and I couldn't even think about eating some.

yeah, the stress is up there and I am not even realizing how much,. Caitlyn got the official word that she only has to be on campus for in-person advisement one day a week instead of three and her supervisor discussed sanitation and social distancing practices. I was shocked at how relieved I was when I heard that. I didn't think it was stressing me out but the way I felt after, I sure as heck was.
Narrator Voice: Of course she was stressed, She is always stressed.

Yes to the Pillows! No reason not to bring them, right?

@Cherylndesigns We have the ATVs racing up and down our street when it snows. Makes me batty when they have the kids on the back not wearing helmets.
I hope that the kids have the crazy out of their systems by now.

I'm home now. Been working 8.30am to 6pm. Do you think I'm tiredest ... or just tired? LOL Will have some coffee now, and then I'll melt into the sofa & will probably wake up in the morning. Good news: I've gotten lots of hours for the rest of the year. Basically every Thursday til mid-December. Great for the wallet, it will be fed.

Chris @faerywings you and your funny dreams. I mean to tell you yesterday that changing the beds must be a Florida "thing". That's always part of their service. They also always wanted "pretty, decorative towels and shells, etc. to put in the bathrooms. When we first hired our cleaners and they told me about the towels, I went out and bought a few for them to decorate with. They always did fancy folds on the toilet paper rolls and Kleenex too. LOL It looked like a hotel when they got done. They actually called their beds "Hotel Beds". Turn back just a certain amount of the sheet over the top of the quilt/spread and they did the pillows all standing up and always "tucked" the ends in. I'm so spoiled by their beds and have been doing mine like that ever since. I love the sheet folded down over the top. They usually wanted to do the laundry while they were there, but I told them no. I want to do my own laundry.

I'm anxious to see how much the cleaners Adrienne found want to charge for our house here. They were very reasonable in Florida because there was major competition there! SO many condos and vacation rentals in addition to private homes. The last cleaning team (a woman and her husband) we had in Florida were busy ALL the time. They even worked for some of the realtors who did vacation rentals. They could hardly keep up with their clients.

I've got pictures somewhere of some of the fancy things they used to do. I'll see if I can find them for you. You'll get a kick out of them.

As you all know / Discord is a very special cat. Somehow he\s changed the setting on my keyboard, and I no longer have the Scandinavian letters, and many of the ohter stuff is in the wrong place. Like if I try to write a question mark, and hit the key where it usually is I get a _ ... and so on. Checked the settings and it says I have a Swedish keyboard.

That cat will drive me insane with his computer skillz. Will try and restart the puter and hope for the best. I meant to scrap all day to catch up on stuff ... will have to scrap with no journaling if I can\t solve this. LOL
