morning all - dog howled right outside my bedroom door at 4:56 this morning. I leaped out of bed to see what was going on, listened quietly and far (I mean far) off in the distance I could here a siren. Thank God it was not 2 0r 3 in the morning. So I am up and moving. Coffee beginning to move through my veins! Just wanted to say- have a great day! :D:D:D:D

Got a couple of cups of java in me so far too- doesn't seem to be helping just yet.
That is a bummer about your dog. My one dog is so deaf she can't hear anything. The other gets so nervous at loud sounds she has to cower under me LOL

I am so sorry I wasn't around much for the party yesterday- I had a hard time getting moving/thinking.
Is everybody having fun????

Oh yes it is Chris....I did not get to get in there and leave as much love as wanted to yesterday!! But wow!!!!

I see the sun coming up and I have not checked the weather...but it looks warm.....

Just asked DH....he said 70 today...thank goodness...it's been COLD and WINDY the last few days!!!

haha! Nana Linda is sending her cold and windy weather to us. We had 2 straight days of rain (yes, basement is flooded again) and now- I see teeeny bits of sun- but the wind is howling- kinda of like Laurie's dog! Ahhh!
 
Ugh!!!!!!!!!! So, dh called me before lunch and let me know that he was informed that we may have orders to go to Ft. Bragg, NC. Now some people like it there, but it is not on our list of fun places to be. Of course there is no paperwork and he can't find the stupid guy so we don't know anything for sure, but it is a possibility. Ugh!! I'm kinda freaking out right now. I've been hoping for a change, but I was hoping this wouldn't be the change we'd get. BUT...that being said...Derek still won't be deployed and our family will still be together. It is just a place to hang our hat for awhile. I'm okay with that. Derek is going to see what it is all about and see if there is any changing it to maybe Europe or anyplace else. No offense to NC but Fayetteville is just not where we would like to be. But of course I would be only a little drive to Nana Linda. Hmmmm...

Sorry, can't talk about anything else right now. My stomach is in knots at the moment and I'm a bit stressed. I'll be better soon.

sorry I haven't been around ladies. I've been working a lot lately (more $$ for scrappin hehe) and visiting with my parents so I haven't been on much.

1 more week... I'm kinda sad... it's going WAY too fast!!!
 
Ooops...Sorry Chris...but it was GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS here today!!! Stripped my babies down to onsies and diapers...they loved that!!


Clara...well you know how I feel about you being so close to me!!! but I also know what it is like there...so I have mixed feelings about it for you!! BUT OH YEAH...if you do....THE BEACH IS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things always work out for the best though...if you end up in NC...it may be the stepping stone to something much bigger and better for you guys!!

Laurie...sorry the dog woke you so early!!! That stinks!! I don't have dogs waking me, I have hormones waking me early in the morning:( SLEEP WELL TONIGHT.....AFTER the chat!!!

AndreaNyx...Oh sweetie...enjoy the rest of the time with your parents and don't fret with us....we will be here....and yay for the scrappin $$$
 
I almost forgot about the chat- long day at work- and some things happened that really made me take pause and think- not about what I do, but about co-workers lack of understanding about what I do and how that impacts how behind I get at work. I believe my boss supports me and that is a good thing, but it is difficult to see that others do not understand or even want to understand my job. Kind of throws team work out the window- except when they want me to see a walk in pt. Okay enough about my day- the sun is nearly still shining- the dog really only woke me up 4 min before the alarm, it was just the way I woke up that got me. I need to get on the treadmill before chat-

clara- I know things will work out for you- and possibly near the beach- man- I love the beach

Andrea- great to hear you making $$

Chris- hope today was a better day

nana Linda- hope you had a wonderful day and lots of great photos of those onsie babies!
 
((hugs)) Clara! I would think that uprooting and moving across country would be hard. But I do think that it would be way cool to live near Nana Linda!!
