Happy Tuesday! How was everyone's Monday? Mine was blaaahhhhhhhhh. I stayed off of my feet for most of the day and was feeling fine by late afternoon, that I thought I was good to go to cook dinner. I had to get more BBQ sauce from the basement, moved the wrong way on the stairs and that was that.
I am so done with this. It isn't in my nature to sit and rest. I scrapped a page for October and posted a page from Amber's (CBD) new kit and I was happy with that. But my goodness, I am losing my mind.
I am happy for Caitlyn, she had her first two "on her own" advisory meetings and both of them went well. She isn't allowed to tell me anything about the students due to FERPA laws, like HIPPA but for students, but said that she was able to build rapport with them.
I proofread Scott's resume for him. His boss at the ecology center passed along a job opening to him and even though he doesn't think he is qualified, it was a kick to see his education and experiences down on paper. His attitude is that since he doesn't have the job experience they want, this is a great practice run. The ecology center still has him on the books as furloughed so if they ever get funding again, he will have a job, but that is one heck of an "if." (damn covid!)
I am asking Gary to drive me to ShopRite. The last thing I want to do is move wrong and not be able to get myself home. After that... :mmph:
Wishing everyone a wonderful day!! xoxo
