Hello there, Tuesday! I see you sneaking up on me while I am sleeping. ;)
I am feeling a bit discombobulated right now. J woke us up and I thought it was the middle of the night. Then I saw that my alarm light was turning on so I had to get up and take her outside. That seemed to throw my morning off. It doesn't take much, does it?

I had a decent day yesterday. Nothing good or bad. Scratch that. Nothing "exciting" or bad. DMV was good. We walked right in. In fact, Cait's number was called before she even had time to sit down. She hates her photo but isn't that what driver's licenses are for? We stropped at the dollar store next door and didn't really find anything, other than some little battery-operated LED lights. I showed Gary the idea of what I want to make for the g-parents' gifts and they might come in handy. I will dig up a picture if I can.
I made soup for dinner last night and shocked myself at how good it was. Cheeseburger Macaroni- but instead of ground beef, I used fake "ground beef" - the same stuff I use for Cait's tacos. I saw the soup in a Kraft recipe email, using Hamburger helper. I had a few boxes of that from the FP that was taking up space since we don't eat hamburger. Easy enough to make it vegetarian. Scott went back for thirds-- the guy who doesn't like soup.

I also finished the scrap page which came out cute, if I do say so myself. I am just an old bat, right Trudy? LOL

I am going food shopping this morning and will be still working on tidying things up around here too. I want to listen to some of the impeachment hearings too but I don't want to lose the entire day. They have been pretty powerful so far. And sad. Very sad... One of today's witnesses is a current Lt Col in the Army and has been getting threats to the point that the Army is monitoring the safety of him and his family and will move them to a military base if they feel it is necessary. :(

Wishing everyone a very happy day! xoxo

Cinda- It must be so exciting to have your DS back home. My BFF emailed me to say that she is counting the days for her son to be back for the holidays too. Make my heart happy to hear that!
Your DS is a freshman? It was really hard for her the first year but got a bit easier this second one. (psst... A little O'Elf is telling me that you should try to put some time aside in the beginning of Dec too, if you can... there just *might* be a big party here again :D)

Trudy- Sorry about having to spend much of your weekend cleaning spider eggs. But you sound ready to go for your holiday decorations. It feels like we should be doing that here too but I want to wait until after our Thanksgiving. Caitlyn and Scott are already in Christmas spirit. Cait is staring to decorate her room and Scott was burning a candle in his room. Smelled so good!
Oh my goodness, you rock!!! More commissions! I hope that the shipping isn't too expensive for the paintings, is the customer paying for that? How exciting!!
You are making a portfolio? If not, get on it!! You are amazing and talented and I am thrilled for you.

Rae- I am soooo happy you are back!!! I see the update on your screen name. woohoo! The home for B sounds incredible for everyone. It has been a long, long road for you all, I can't believe it has been two years. How is Jen doing? Do you bring Taz when you visit, I bet he makes he so happy.
It really seems like things have fallen into place and that makes me so happy too.

Sharon- good luck with the dr an d tests. I hope that you are able to figure out what is going on and then an easy way to treat it.

I have to say--you all have put me into a *fantastic* mood, I am so happy for you all and it really makes me happy in turn.

Good morning, ladies. Just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello. I'm heading out into the garden to feed the birds and take a few pics before starting my desk work. I'm back on the CT team so need to spend some time later getting acclimated with everything again. I'm so excited!

Not much going on today, work, editing, CT stuff. I'm being a homebody today.

Chris - can't wait to see your project, your craftiness always amazes me. Jen is still struggling to handle B's medical and care issues, working again at Staples and go to her counselling sessions. We talk and see each other often so at least we are able to help. Yes, Taz come on our visits. He always gets her laughing and cheers her up. Her world is so small and not much holds her interest for long so interacting with Taz is really good for her.

Trudy, Nancy, Sharon, Jean....everyone....hope you all have a great day. I'm heading outside for a few minutes to photograph the birds now.

Hello girls!

We bulgarians are kind of pessimistic nation, and have old belief that person should not say it is fine, because devil will hear and spoiled it.The usual answer of 'How are you?' is 'So-so', or literally 'up and down'. After my last post, the important things in my life just go down. I shouldn't have said so lightly that I'm take the control and I'm happy. Now I feels like I live above quicksands. Barely find to sleep 5-6 hours, and as the computer is in different room (different house/floor too) I'm not much into the idea to spend my precious time with online activity, or with scrap. The feeling of being disconnected and totally uninformed for what happens to you, makes me feel even more miserable!

I miss you all, hug you strong! And will come back refreshed at December!

good afternoon - I am in my second week of rehab and it seems to be going pretty well. My therapist had me doing a new exercise because she says I am not trusting my knees. It is amazing and I guess I never noticed that I don't but wow I was off balance doing what she wanted me to do. I had a really nightmare last night. I so rarely have nightmares that it took me a while to get back to sleep. I dreamt my cat caught a lizard and a small gecko but a big yellow and black lizard. I screamed for my son or DH to come in and get her. Well the lizard was eating a small snake and my son kept rubbing it on my face and I kept trying to scream at him to stop it. I think my blanket was rubbing my face or maybe my cat was but what ever I woke up and my heart was racing. My NJ Devils won both their games over the weekend which was a shock. But on sad news the Devils placed my used to be #1 goalie Cory Schneider on waivers to go to the AHL team to refind his game. He was so good when the Devils were so bad and now when the Devils are starting to turn it around he has had injuries and just bad timing. I am doing a Dec. project but I am trying to figure out what I want to do.

Chris I really like your photo - you did an amazing job. Glad things are going so well.

Rae it is good to have you back. I have been loving all your bird photos. There are great bird apps to find out who is visiting. I really have a hard time with sparrows and these books really help.

Trudy congrats on having more commissions on your paintings. That is so cool! Ugg on the spider eggs.

Waving to all!
Have a great day.

Hey ladies, sorry for not being here earlier in the day, but so busy right now!! Then as soon as I sat down at the computer, Heather an Hunter called. That always makes me smile but by the time we were done our conversation it was time to get to the pool. So I totally forgot to post here before I left. Now I need to get busy with the paintings and yikes I really need to get a calendar page finished too. I am starting to pull my hair out with so much on the go and not enough hours in the day to do it all! So please forgive me for not doing personals today! I really need to get back to my paintings and then order some more supplies on line too. :help: LOL hopefully tomorrow will not be so frantic, but oh ya I hike tomorrow, so that day is a write off too!!
