The Loopy-O
CHEERY O
Good morning O-zies! It is my darlin' hubby's birthday today, the day he catches up to me for a couple of months. Next month, I get older than him again. :suspicious:

I over did it again yesterday and I think even a normal person would be hurting today. I did a deep clean in my kitchen. Now-- my kitchen isn't all that big- 6x9? Stove, a couple of cabinets, fridge, sink, and an island. I would clean the fronts of the cabinets, but I needed to to do all of the stuff on top. The cabinets don't go to the ceiling and I have Disney "collectibles" up there. Lots of climbing and scrubbing, cleaned under the stove- always fun- self-cleaned the oven, moved all of the appliances. I cleaned for almost 4 hours which, if my math is right and it usually*isn't*, an hour per 12 sq feet?

Today I *must* take it easy. My dad is coming up to help me figure out WTH is going on with all of the different family things/opinions/decisions/etc. then I have to fight with my food shopping list for tomorrow. Find cake mix or brownies or *something* to make for Gary's b-day. I made a card for him yesterday so at least that is done. I have to make a card for my one nephew for his b-day on the 5th and I put away $20 to put in so I don't have to scrounge up that. It's the little things!

So that is it, nothing much else since my brain is in a funk. Not a bad mood, just doesn't want to do much in the way of thinking. I can't concentrate, everything distracts me.It took me over 20 mins just to write *this* ha!!!

I hope that all of you have a wonderful day!

Kat- I KNOW!!! They really need to think about making the weekends 3 days. 2 isn't enough and it isn;t like I work 5 days a week.
Although it is going to be really weird. Caitlyn did her schedule for college in Sept. In less than 2 months, I am not going to have to get up at 5 am to get anyone to the bus stop. First time since 2001. Kinda weird, right??
I hope that work doesn't give you too much hassle this week.
Ack! Mother's Day is this weekend... we aren't doing anything, but next week, we are having our May Celebration and I have to get the vases for the pine cones.I was going to do that with Cait on Saturday but I forgot.
I will have to check out the Lift!!! Must feel amazing to be recognized like that :)
Congrats!!!!!

Rae- your days sounds so nice, esp the weather- and the dogs and time with Bailey, all good things :)
That is the pits about not liking the ending of a book. There have been many that I have read when I think- The author just gave up. Maybe came up against a dealing, ran out of ideas... but couldn't tie it all together.
poor Taz! Guess he did get that bee. Hope his face didn't swell too much.

Trudy- your FIL sounds like my dad, he does more at 77 then I do at 47! Glad that the day turned out nice for visiting and all that too.I want to put my plants outside but I am nervous with the weather. I soaked peas on Sunday and it was so rainy and cold yesterday I wasn't able to get outside. I have to do that today. And the seedlings, I guess I should try to harden them off the next couple of days.
I bet your yard looks awesome as always, it is like an oasis!
Good luck with the new internet service and changing of emails. ITA- gmail is probably the way to go.

Hugs and love to all!

Chris, I'm always amazed at how much you manage to cram into a day! Wanna come clean my kitchen? I don't even want to think what might be under or behind the fridge or stove.

Work is moving along this week, better than I thought it might. The office gym got a new addition yesterday: a treadmill ... and today I'm going to the gym ... the gym I pay for ... outside the office! LOL A coworker just asked don't I like the office one? Yeah, I do - and it's right there - but I need time to actually, really truly disconnect. No computer. No phones. Just me and a movie on the Kindle. ;)

Rae, how's Taz doing this morning. Poor baby.

Morning ladies... I was up fairly early this morning and decided to get all my contacts transferred over to G-mail. Thought it would be easy, but it will not just transfer over I keep getting an error grrr!!! :frusty: so now I am manually doing it Ugh! Why don't things ever go easy?? So now I am trying to remember to change my email address on every site that I visit. I will be very happy when this is all done!! I don't like the name of my new gmail acct either so I will see if there is a way to change it later on today. Other than that not much on the agenda. Swimming today and of course a nice conversation with Heather and Mason (they always brighten my days!) Hoping to actually do some scrapping, but it seems like every time I try , something comes up and I can't get it done. Oh well we will see what today brings!

Chris - Yes it will seem very weird for you to not have to get up so early to get someone to the bus stop!! A new chapter of life begins!! Happy Birthday to your Gary!! I hope he has an awesome day :blast: Hope you and your Dad have a great visit! It will be good to get the air cleared with all the decision/opinions. Hey wanna come and clean my kitchen too?? I could pay you in wine LOL!! Try to take it easy today and just have a nice day with your guys!!

Kat - I totally understand why you go to a different gym! It is just what you need sometimes to just get away from everyone at work! Hope your work week continues to go smoothly! Oh and I just love that page that is the AnnaLift this week, you did such an amazing job on it!!

Rae - Hope that your computer issues got resolved! Poor Taz, I sure hope he is feeling better today! Hopefully he will not bother the bees anymore and that you did not have to take him to the vet!

Ok I need breakfast and another coffee. It's a very dark and gloomy morning with some rain today, so much different than yesterday where the temps hit 26 celsius thats almost 79 F. Is it really only May?? Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone!!

Good morning, ladies. Didn't get much sleep last night. After Taz was doped up all day on Benadryl and mostly slept for 12 hours. The swelling is almost gone now and his eyes are completely open. Poor little guy. He just wanted to snuggle all day and sleep, then would wake up scratching like crazy and a few whimpers, and then would fall asleep again. He woke up around 9:00 last night and was wired, jumping around, wanting to wrestle with me. That only lasted about 15 minutes and then the thunder and lightning started up. He's terrified of thunder so he went running under the bed for a few hours. When I went to bed he was restless all night, on the bed, off the bed, pacing and fidgety. Then he woke me up at 3 to go outside. So, today he seems pretty much back to normal. Thank god for coffee b/c today I'll need it as I'm exhausted. I'm just glad he's ok. If the swelling had gotten any worse the vet had said to bring him in b/c it could close off his breathing. When I was straightening up his little blanket on the floor I found the dead bee so he had probably caught it and was flipping it around his play area like a toy. Silly dog.

Off and on today I am going to sort thru some fonts for NexusFonts which I just installed. I really needed a font organizer so decided to do this now even though I know my computer is going to crash or will be brought in for repairs soon. At least in the meantime I can uninstall some font collections which should help. I've never saved fonts before. Can I just copy my windows font folder onto my EHD and then reinstall it when my PC is serviced? Anyone know?

Chris - take it easy today, you were so busy yesterday. Happy B-Day to your hubs.

Kat - have a good workout at the gym and I saw your page yesterday for the lift and it is an awesome page. It'll be fun to see how everyone interprets the lift.

Trudy - I had to laugh at "why don't things ever go easy". My hubs and I say that all the time. In the end, most things seem to work out but the process of getting there is usually not as easy as anticipated. We thought our cable/phone/internet at the trailer would be fairly easy to get hooked back up to but there were complications and it took all afternoon to get it going. I did almost a 2 hr chat with the tech, trying different things over and over to get it all working. But, thankfully, it finally did.

My work should start coming in soon so I'm off to organize a few fonts, watch a bit of "The Catch" (which I am loving) and then get to work. Have a great day, everyone.

Rae - You should be able to put your fonts on your EHD and transfer them back later with no problem! But like I say nothing is ever that easy :becky:

Trudy - ha ha....we'll see LOL. I'm going to copy them and see what happens. I am also trying to figure out how to uninstall and install them in nexusfont too. I think my head is going to blow up :)
