I am on my second cup of coffee and I still do not feel any more awake than before any caffeine. I wiped myself out yesterday.

blergh...... Just so tired.

Let me do some quick personals.

Dumpty- Glad that you rMonday wasn't all that bad!

Laurie- good for you!! What did you end up doing yesterday?

Kristy- weeping cherries are gorgeous-- what a specoial gift!

Puppies are up, got to get them outside, BRB!
 
Kayleigh- I am adoring the baby pics you post on FB- tooooo cute! Glad that you had a nice b-day/M-Day!

Trudy- I can't imagine how hard M-Day must be for you and for those who have lost their moms; Hugs~~
Can't wait to see your new plants! I got some tulips and some really cool purple plant- I need to look it up to see that it is. They went into the garden yesterday.

Nana- that is what i need desperately- time *alone* in my own home! Never EVER happens. xoxoxoxo!!!

Elsi- sounds like you had a great time with your family :)

Morning all - we walked a lot yesterday, especially barefoot on the beach and my legs are letting me know today. Sitting here in the early morning peace and quiet, contemplating what to do today. We may drive to savannah georgia and walk around the historic district. It is going to be warm and sunny again. Last night we ate at Scott's Fish Market- slow waitress, but excellent mahi mahi.
 
Getting the last few things together before the rental car company comes and picks me up. Addie is still asleep so she is not yet under foot. I better get off of here and get ready. Hugs.
 
Okay...so apparently I cannot read a calendar. I talked to the lady at Hertz like she was a total idiot because today was definitely the 12th not the 10th and I was supposed to get a pick up today. I am going back to bed. I'll be back later when my brain is not so idiotic and I am not still in travel mode. Apparently I will be leaving on Thursday...NOT TODAY!!!! GEESSSHHHH!!!
 
Morning my "O" family, its a beautiful morning and perhaps I will get in a walk before I head out to work. Only a short 4 hour shift today and I am training in a different dept today, not paint anymore, but doing the cash deposts for the store. Horray off of my feet for a change. I used to work in a bank for many, many years so this should be a breeze for me (I hope!)

Chris - I will have a cup of coffee with you and perhaps the third cup will do the trick of making you feel a little more awake. You must have pushed yourself too hard my friend. Please take care of yourself!! I am hoping to get some photos today of my yellow Rhodo, it is really beautiful this year, despite the cold spring we are having.

Laurie - A barefoot walk on the beach, sounds like heaven to me!! Lucky you! I hope that you are enjoying every single minute of your vacation!

Clara - Now that sounds like something I would do :pound: I thought only menopausal women had brain farts like that!! Hope you are thinking clearer after your sleep!! You are too funny!

Nana Linda - :wave: I hope you are having a good day and your life is not stressful today!! :hug:

I think I will try to do some scrapping this morning and perhaps get Nana Linda's fab Color Challenge a go. LOL
 
Happy afternoon ladies. Well, my bags are packed and I'm ready to go on Thursday. I cannot believe what a dork I am. I was feeling very frantic this morning and was not at all ready to go so this is actually much better really, but that really threw me for a loop. In the future I do think we will be renting a car for these trips instead of using our own. I really think it is cost effective. I mean I will be doubling my gas mileage and at $4 a gallon...I think it makes a huge difference.

So, the visiting with the in-laws was good, but as always frustrating also. The last day they were here could have been a lot calmer but they just refuse to make decision so I can't make the simplest of plans because of it. But, what do you do? It was nice having them here none the less and the kids really love being with their grandparents.

So, I have been bailing on personals for the past couple of days...so it is time to get back to it.

Chris - I hope you get a magic burst of energy. I'll bottle up some of Addie's and send it to you. Hugs!!

Laurie - Isn't the coast down here amazing? I love it. I really want to get myself down to Savannah. My neighbor came from Savannah and she misses it terribly. I can't blame her being here in Fayetteville. I hope you are loving your vacation. That photo trip sounds awesome. Can't wait to see what comes out of the camera.

Trudy - enjoy the new department. I am sure it will come easily. Money is money just different system and how to log it and count it, right? Have fun.
