Ye GADS!!!! Another 4 am wake up. I woke Gary up, he feel asleep on the couch, poor guy, and told him to go back to bed again. I am in too much pain to try to get back to sleep. I am happy that I will get to spend some time with Cait before school. I have missed that.

I am so cranky, and don't want to spread it to all of you. I am TIRED OF BEING SO SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes I just have to get that out. It is very discouraging when you feel like you *should* be getting better but you are not. I asked Gary if he thought I was getting worse or if it was just that I never let myself think I was sick b/c I kept pushing harder and harder. I think I know the answer to that.:eyebrows:

Another nice day here today, weather wise!!Maybe a bit of rain this afternoon, but it is not snow! *happy dancing again*
I cannot wait to get outside and go for a (short) walk.

QOTD If you had a magic wand, what would you use it for?
Obviously, I would use it to cure Lyme and it's co-infections. After that, I would like to cure Congress of its' stupidity :doh:

Phyllis- OMG- supermarkets are horrible when they do that!!! My Shop Rite is very small and outdated. To make things look "fresh," they rearrange stuff. All the time. I can literally walk around the Produce section (very small BTW) for 15 min's and still not find what I am looking for. Or they move stuff and I grab flat leaf parsley instead of cilantro and don't realize it until I am home. Ugh!

Jean- we saw a ground hog yesterday running over the snow!! He was skinny but out there, yay!! And I heard some more birds. I love it when the world revives, don't you?

Trudy- I hope that you had a better morning today. Good to hear that your hands are better, what a strange reaction. How was swimming?

Morning ladies... I am joining Chris in another waaayyy to early wake up, mine was at 2am :pout: I just want to have one night where I don't wake up at all until at least 6 or 7am. Is that really too much to ask??

Chris - When I wake up it isn't because I feel sick, I feel so bad for you that you do not feel like you are getting any better!! Frigging lyme I would like to kick its A#% for you :boxing:!! Hope the weather lightens your mood and that you get out for a nice walk in the fresh air!! I am going to try to get back to sleep for a few more hours, but I have my doubts that will happen. Today I go to get my hair cut and coloured, sure hope I don't fall asleep in the chair :becky: Have a great day ladies, perhaps I will pop in later for some catch up!! :wave:
 
We have fantastic weather here in The Netherlands! A very early spring!
I went to the park with my little granddaughter in the carriage! She was really enjoying it! (me too) When i have my day to care for her (i do that once a week) I have to get up early! She has so much energy!!!! I tell you I'm jealous of that! But I'm so happy that we are out of the grey days!! That's what i don't like about our weather! We have not so much bright Sunny days!!!

Chris I hope you will be better soon!
 
Good morning! Yesterday was busy even though I thought it would not be. I guess the weather put me into the spring cleaning mode. I cleaned and did several loads of laundry. I then walked with my girlfriend. It was gorgeous. No hat and no gloves needed. And we have lots of grass showing. However the sidewalks are now filled with water from the melting snow. I wear boots so not a problem for me but my girlfriend had to walk in the street. I still have to go to the grocery store and I don't want to do that. Got my page done with my photos with the Stanley Cup. Today another walk before the rain comes. But again I don't have to cook as I have leftovers.

Chris I am so sorry that you are still feeling so unwell. For me when my meniscus was repaired, even though it is great it is not like it was before the surgery. It took a long time. You will get better especially as the weather gets better. It was light until after 6:30 last night.

Phylis I so agree about grocery stores. My store just underwent a 4 month renovation. I used to know where everything was located. I was looking for bacon and now it is with the eggs instead of sausages and other cured meats. Too funny.

Jean I am hearing more birds, I have seen rabbit footprints but not much more.

Trudy glad to hear your hands are recovering. Hope the fog cleared! Sorry you keep waking up so early. For me it is not the waking it is making sure my mind does not really wake up. I find I just have to not think LOL.

Margje glad that you are having an early spring. When do the tulips start blooming. I have always wanted to see that! And yes energy is wasted on the young.

QOTD (yesterday) my favorite hobby before kids was knitting and cross-stitching. I still have cross stitch kits that I need to do. I love birding watching. And always photography!

QOTD if I had that magic wand would be to give everyone more tolerance. More tolerance less conflicts everyone wins.

Hi again ladies... feeling a bit more rested now, took a long time to fall back into dreamland but once I did, I slept like a log!! I am sick of this broken sleep thing :frusty: Looking forward to going out and getting my hair done, it sure need a cut and I really need to not see so much grey in my hair anymore!!

Chris - My swimming was awesome yesterday, I went a bit later than usual. It was worth it as I had a whole lane to myself again. I think I have finally figured out what time to go on certain days Hooray!! Now it is spring break here, the lap lanes will be closed on a few days, so now I have to watch for that!

Margje - Sounds like you are getting much the same weather as have been getting, only we got it most of the winter here. Nice warm temps and not much rain, which is not a good thing. Now we are dealing with the fog, but that is because the ground is nice and warm, its kind of scary, we are already worried about water restrictions this summer. Guess we will find out when summer arrives won't we!

Nancy - How great that you are out and about for a walk and seeing green grass!!! Yes there is something about the nice weather that makes you get some spring cleaning done. I still have the lower floor windows to do, but lots of time to get that done yet. Please tell me the trick to turning off your mind when you sleep, I haven't got that one figured out yet :becky: I am sure that is why I wake up so much, too much going on in this empty space I call my brain.

Oh goodness, what is with this sleepless sickness going on everywhere? Sunspots or something??? Hubby and I woke up at 5:30...we went to bed at 10pm last night so 7+hrs of sleep isn't that bad...but with the daylight savings time, I think we are transitioning to dome EU time zone *rolling eyes*

Chris, I wish I was there to hug you!! Sorry you have to feel this way!!

Marianne, i don't think I even know the name if your granddaughter!? Fo you have a nickname for her?

I hope the day will progress more happily than it started, ladies!
 
Her name is Lena Romy! And i call her my little treasure! (She is my biggest treasure!) And my Sunshine!
