what is *wrong* with the weather here?? It is 48*. I am wearing fuzzy socks, a t-shirt, a long sleeve T, *and* a sweatshirt and I am still cold. (sweatpants too- don't want you to think that was all that I am wearing. :fear: )
Yesterday was really cold too-- I think we got close to 60* but the wind was terrible. At least the sun was out so it looked warmer than it felt. I was still in post-parent-bickering hangover much of the day. I was going to call each of them to check in and decided against it. I needed a breather.
Dr's appt was ok. The orthotics feel sort of strange at the moment but if they will help my feet overall, I am sure that I will get used to it quickly enough. The downside to the appt was that he wants me to go for physical therapy. My tendons/ligaments are spasming which is why I am still having back in the back of my heel and up my calf. Because I live in the boonies the closest PT that takes my insurance is over a half hour away. Because, of course. :doh: Good PoV- it isn't winter so I won't have to worry about driving in snow. So there is that.
Today I am going with Cait to take her rats to the vet. Little Livvie and a lump on her chest by her ribs. It doesn't feel like a tumor, but she wants it checked out. As long as she is going to be there, she is going to have the vet look at Cordelia's abscess too. As soon as I get home, I have to go food shopping. blech. This afternoon, I hope to get some LOs uploaded- I have two completed and maybe I can start a third? That is if I can somehow get my brain to wake up. I had one of the worst night's sleep in a long time. I was cold when it was just me but as soon as Gary and two dogs came up, it got too warm. The dogs and Gary stole blankets. Then the dogs were barking because someone was outside at 1 am, walking up and down the street with a flashlight.
Scrapping or napping?
Nope, not napping- that always makes me feel worse.
The sun is shining so that will help.
