It's the weekend that never ends. (It goes on and on, my friends...)
I am going to be totally lost for the rest of the week, it feels like a Sunday today. Scott was home early yesterday and that will throw me off. Tom came over last night since he and Cait are off today. Yesterday was the 1 year anniversary of their engagement. Sheesh, that went by very quickly, right??
Yesterday was just a replay of the day before-- housework and food shopping orders in the morning. Yard work in the afternoon. It was seriously mucky out there, I couldn't tell which was wetter, the air or the dirt. LOL Best point of the day: Since Scott was home for dinner, Gary made his penne and vodka, and my goodness that is delish! We started putting together a Lego set that Scott got Gary for his b-day and so far, it's going well. *knocks wood that we don't press too hard on one Lego and crumble the entire thing*
Today will be a replay of the last 2 days. I have to tidy the kitchen (Gary is most definitely *not* a "clean as you cook" kinda guy.
Tip for Tuesday
This might be something you all know already but it's new to me. I was scrapping yesterday using a clipping mask and wanted the photo to have some texture. I added a Texture Layer Style to the mask and it worked. I didn't merge the mask/photo layers because I wasn't sure if that would take the layer style away but maybe rasterizing the mask layer would keep the texture before merging down?
HTH!
Love to you all!
