Good news!!! I have good news to share! My MRI came back with no changes shown. I am back on track for a mammo in Feb and then I see my Dr after that but things are looking good!!! :cheer2:
Gary had a physical on Thursday and all of his tests came back good too. If we take away our Lyme and it's complications, we are pretty darn healthy :pound:

I was feeling off all day. Thinking about food shopping and [paying bills does that to me. But things turned out ok- Gary, Caitlyn, and I played a game of Scrabble. I swear Gary added up points wrong because I lost hahaha!! I mean, I had some really good words (Wizard on a Triple Word Score!) but I came in third. Made a good pasta dinner with the tomatoes that were really to be overripe in a day or two. And we watched some Parks and Rec and Drunk History while Cait baked some Peanut Butter cookies.

We ended up not going to the walk and yoga. It had stopped raining but we figured that the grass would be soaked. Then I saw an email from earlier int he day with the week's schedule and there was no walk scheduled. I knew that from last week but I forgot. I would have been aggravated if we got there and had to wait an hour for the yoga session.

I have a bunch of errands to do today. The vet to get more food for Floyd, the bank, Walgreens and then Shop Rite. It is all in one big circle in town so at least it is easy to do.

Nancy-- looks like it is just us again. You know that I understand about how DH's being home can make things all wonky :D
We had to put the AC on yesterday too. Gary was working on some house projects- fixing some door frames- and was drenched by the time he was finished.
ITA!! I am much happier with rain than snow.

Hugs to all of you-- hope that everyone is doing something that they love today!

good morning - the rain stopped after I got back with Luther after being drenched. Of course. Today I have more errands. Chris like you in a circle so not so bad. LOL I made a shrimp and pasta dinner with zucchini and little cherry tomatoes. It did seem a bit bad to have to have the pasta in a boiling pot of water with the humidity that is already out there. Well the boys loved it and it was all gone. Got more scrapping done so that is good. Then I am going to have a take a break and upload my photos to flickr so I can get them off my computer. Not much else going on. TdF in the morning.

Chris that would have been a bummer to go to the walk to have it cancelled. Scrabble sounds like fun. Wizard is a great word. Hope the errands go well.

Have a great day all!

Good morning, ladies.

Whew...I made it thru Monday. That sure is my busiest work day but I'm happy with my new schedule with the workload slowly tapering off throughout the week days. Yesterday I took a break at lunch time and took Taz across to the river. He played in the water for about 30 min as I chatted with a neighbor. She said the bears have been coming every day to play in the water too, so we have to keep an eye open for them as we don't want to get between the mom and cubs. After Taz got out of the water he rolled in the sand, coating himself from head to tail in sand. So we had to go home and take a bath to clean him up. He had a great time. Today we go up to the hospital so no time for a swim but we'll go for a short walk before and after the hospital visit.

I've been looking at the ipad pro and am pretty sure that is my next big purchase. I am shooting a wedding in September so will use that money to pay for it. I don't have much time but also I don't have any enthusiasm for scrapping either so maybe being able to scrap on an ipad in the evening as I relax in my chair would perk me up. I have watched a few videos and think I would like it. It would never totally replace my desktop computer for scrapping but might be good to take out to the trailer to scrap on. I'll keep looking into it. It won't be for a few more months at least.

Chris - glad to hear you and G's tests came back good. I used to play scrabble all the time and loved it, so did D. Eventually we stopped playing b/c we always watch shows and play on our ipads now, so board games never get played unless we have a game night with friends which we don't do often.

Nancy - me too, I need to work on my photos. I shot some pics of a friend's birthday a few weeks back and I still haven't edited and loaded into online storage.

I'm getting to work now and then off to the hospital later today. Have a great day, everyone.

Just same old here today and yesterday.

Chris, how great the test results were good for both of you. Errands today should not be too bad, eh?

Nancy, sorry you got drenched walking Luther! Does he mind getting wet like that? Hope you get all the pix uploaded.

Rae, sounds like a great time for Taz, especially if he enjoys the bath after. Hope the visit goes well.

Trudy, hope you're having a good time with the kids.

Felis, Hi!
